Introduction Dear Applicant, The Irish MC 2014/15 is looking for two AIESECers to join our entity to organise our Y2B event and help coordinate our oGCDP recruitment on a local level. AIESEC in Ireland may be a small entity, but we have determined members who are creating the positive impact that irish youth deserves. AIESEC in Ireland Our MC is international with 5 members (Germany, Portugal, Spain, Canada and USA) Currently, AIESEC in Ireland has 3 LCs and 1 expansion in two cities (Cork and Limerick) with nearly 50 members In October, we hosted our first NatCo with an international OC Our focus programmes are (1) iGIP (2) oGIP (3) oGCDP We have 10 NSTs for OGX, ICX, Marketing and TM/LCD This is the first year that AIESEC in Ireland has introduced TM at a local level Our website was completely renovated this year. ICX has created and trained a Dublin Sales Team oGCDP is operated by the LCs and oGIP is operated by the MC

VISA Information Candidates from the European Union are preferred. This is because Irish visa regulations make it difficult to obtain visas for non-EU citizens. If you are from outside the European Union, you will need to state on the relevant part of your application form what your visa requirements will be (Full-Time).
oGCDP CEEDer Preferred Background:
We are looking for one experienced OGXer that will work closely with each of our LCs to support the Summer Recruitment.
Previous OGX Experience (min 1 year)
Responsabilites:
Previous LCVP OGX or LCP Experience
Assisting MCVP OGX in all physical and online oGCDP promotions conducted by AIESEC in Ireland for a succesfull summer peak. Promote oGCDP in other websites and media Tracking the LCs for the on / campus marketing, presentaions and sales, giving support to them through coaching and on /site presence. Tracking the LCs on doing the EPs interview, tracking through the GIS. EP pipeline management including applications and matching during the key period.

Y2B MKT CEEDer Preferred Background:
The OCVP Marketing of Y2B Forum will be responsible to plan and delivery all the communication campaign to achieve the sign up goal and increase Y2B brand awareness in the Irish Society

Previous LCVP MKT/ COMM Experience
Create a marketing plan, including both Physical and Digital promotion Coordinate all the LCs and insure that they are correctly promoting y2b in their colleges Manage Y2B Website page. Design the national materials to promote Y2B Forum Ensure media partners to promote Y2B Radio, Newspapers, Magazines Manage Y2B Social Media Channels and Google Adwords
Measures of Success: # of people attend to the conference # new visitors on the Y2B webpage # of website convertions # Likes Y2B Facebook Page # media presences
