internal process expert -bd This NST position will be in charge of aiding the MCVP BD and the LCVPs BD+PM to create and implement BD internal processes, including relevant document creation and education cycle. Responsibilities: Collecting GCPs and relevant templates from AiS and AIESEC global network Creating and implementing the BD education cycle Tracking of implementation of BD education cycle Creating and implementing any relevant internal processes for BD Specific requirements: Commitment to the role Very good organisational understanding Flexible/creative thinking Communications skills Strategical thinking skills Proactive learning Previous experience in BD, or other relevant ER experience Organizational skills

GCDP DEVELOPER-ICX Job Description: Working with MCVP ICX for creating portfolio of projects for NGOs Responsible for ideas for booklets and marketing material Ideas for fundraising Research different NGOs/Schools/Kindergartens in Switzerland and creating a database Research about GCP To create a final report, including results achieved, the follow up tools completed, main challenges, learnings and the evolutions expected. Facilitating creation of new projects Implementation of new projects -Supporting and tracking the process

Time required: August 16'‐Jenuary '17 10h to 12h per week

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS MANAGER - OGX Job Description: Deliver international MC2MC strategies on local level Alignment of Country Partners strategies from MC to LC Level Ensure S&D alignment for specific country partners Accountable about relations with specific entities Accountable for the MC2MC and S&D alignment Accountable for increasing/decreasing of the partnerships Responsible of the Co-​ delivery with the Entity partners Open channels of communication with key countries, establishing cooperation, managing theses cooperation in order to achieve the Approved goal Find all the visa requirements for our main Country Partners and the standards procedures for it Prepare a National Newsletter (monthly) about the S&D Prepare a booklet for our EPs about the required documents for Visa.

NETWORKING ANALYST & CRM MANAGER -CD Job Description: Market analysis for ICX, BD and CD Market research for networking events (companies, casual, NGOs, government bodies, clubs, start-ups, etc.) CRM manager (making sure that it is up to date among all participants, LCs and the optimum usage is assured) Tracking the CRM and proper use of it Making sure that all entries are properly introduced and divided in the CRM CRM education and implementation in the LCs Reporting to the MCVP CD Staying up to date with every networking opportunity and event throughout Switzerland, professional and from universities, and updating the MC team Providing a weekly short report to the respective MCVP

Time required: August '16‐June '17 5h to 10 h per week

Requirements: Knowledge of the Swiss market Preferably German and French language skills Professional communication skills Ability to work online and from the distance Preferably AIESEC experience in ICX, BD, CD, Projects Advanced English Understanding of CRM systems (or previous experience with one)
