MC MESSAGE Dear AIESEC Network, It's a big pleasure to officialy open the NST applications for the term 2015-2016! During the transition period and especially during our yearly planning we developed a highly challenging plan that shall lead us to great achievement not only during our term but are supposed to ensure continuity ans sustainability development of AIESEC in Switzerland. Are you interested in change management and in developing enterpreunership in yourself and others? Apply for our National Support Team and become part of a movement in a country that provides its youth the best possible conditions for young people to develop their leadership potential and enterpreneurial outlook. The most important thing is the people that unleash this potential! Every end is a new beginning - so join the NST of AIESEC in Switzerland: finish with us the last chapter of 2015 and be part of kicking off 2016 in the best way possible, and be part of paving the road for future generations. We as MC team are empowered by the things we've discovered about this country and this entity so far and are highly motivated to transform this knowledge into actions and develop memorable and long lasting leadership experiences. NST GENERAL ROLE □ Supporting MC and LCs towards national strategies planning and implementation. □ Cooperate closely with MC responsible in order to develop and run operations in certain field during the term (whole or half of the term) - In this booklet you can find specific role and responsibilities of National Support Team in each functional area. □ Accountability and reporting to the MC responsible. □ Research and development of certain functional area. □ Enhancing MoS realization of AIESEC in Switzerland. □ Continuous communication with the MC, LCs and other involved stakeholders. □ Participate in national projects and events (not obligatory for internationals). □ Participation/facilitation at the required national conferences.

PROCESS AND TIMELINE The application is divided into 3 parts: ◻ CV (with your education, AIESEC career and other jobs outside AIESEC) - Max 1 page. ◻ Questionnaire (General and Specific Questionnaire) - Max 6 pages. ◻ Endorsement (written and signed from a person that led you in the previous year) - Max 1 page. If you are applying for more than one position you have 4 additional pages. Make sure you fill a separate questionnaire and attach it in your application package. Also, feel free to design your application form as you prefer. Send an email with your application package to MCVP TM&OD (thomas.verduyn@aiesec.net) and to the MCVP responsible of the NST position you are applying for - we will be expecting 3 PDF documents.
