Step 1 Open the opportunity • In the Company • On EXPA
Open the opportunity: In the company Global/Regional Coordinator for AIESEC Partnership is responsible to open the position in the company. She/he needs to ask to the hiring manager to fill the job description template and send it to: 1.

MC of Entity of Realization is responsible to create the opportunity on EXPA. When an opportunity is marked as GEP, there is the opportunity to customize a question that can be addressed to the candidates. Since some company require the cover letter, you can use the answer to this question as cover letter. What you can write is: 'Please tell us why you are the right candidate for this position. During these days, the promotion activities are run by GST team and this in the time during which EPs will be able to apply.
