and Market Segmentation New Sales You’ll be responsible of 1. Managing the shortlisting process of all the global accounts of AIESEC International and maintaining relationships together with all the BD Managers and the Global Coordinators.
2. Managing the Swedish market and conducting global sales in Sweden in synergy with the MC there.
Job Description Global BD Coordinator 1. Role Purpose The BD Coordinator will support Global Partners Account Management and New Sales on the Swedish market. The BD Coordinator will support AI BD Team with recruitment process for the Global Partners Electrolux, Alcatel-Lucent, UCB, Euromoney and future partners.

3. Profile Strong AIESEC Experience. (LCEB, LCP, MC). Process and Details Orientation Autonomy and Proactivity Discipline for operational work and strict deadlines.
4. Specific deliverables Shortlist process centralized for Electrolux, Alcatel Lucent, UCB and Euromoney; Support new Global/Regional sales strategy of global partnerships from Sweden.
5. Accountability This position is accountable to AI and the MC of AIESEC in Sweden. This position is a brand new initiative that AIESEC International in cooperation with AIESEC in Sweden is launching to support the deliverables of Global Partners and Global Sales in Swedish Market.
6. Work conditions This role is under Pilot phase as an AI Project. This position will be under evaluation for the first two months and based on performance assessment will be approved to extend the job period for further months.

Workload required Up to 30 hours a week in the first 2 months Up to 40 hours after first two months.
Salary April and May – 500,00 EUR June and onwards – 1,000 EUR
Host Host provided on MC Sweden’s flat as temporary for two months, then AIESEC in Sweden will support in finding a new place. Host costs after the first two months will be paid by the Global BD Coordinator with the salary.
Duration 2 to 4 months, at least. To 05/03/2015 – 30/07/2015 * Under approval for the last 2 months.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden.
You’ll be working together with the whole AI BD Team (for account delivery) and the MC in Sweden (for sales). Your main contact person is Orion Joss (this guy to the right), the AIBD Manager responsible for the project and for sales in Sweden. You guys will be working together in sales a bunch of other stuff. You’ll also work with the BD GSTs responsible for Talent Sourcing as your jobs are closely connected. Additionally, you’ll have the unique experience of living in Stockholm and working with the Swedish MC day by day!

-Duration: 4 months at least, the last two pending approval upon performance. -Salary: 500 Euro + Accommodation (first two months) and then 1000 Euro (last two months). -Background: Sales and account management experience. MC experience is preferred, but not required. -Traveling: Constant travel to AI office will be needed, part of the budget.
