IC 2015 Awards Criteria
The Secret Ingredient of a great AIESECer!
#SecretIngredient
Dear AIESECer, In the recent organizational evolution, AIESEC has gained clear consciousness about its purpose and its place in the world. We understand that we are here to start the leadership journey of young people who will make the world a better place. We believe in the power of our exchange and team experiences as the drivers for that leadership development and we know that having more of those leaders is the solution for our countries and territories to regain hope! During the final year of 2015 achievement, something equally important is to show to the world that we are able to act upon that. It is the time for the brave actions to shape our organization and show that a network of 70000 passionate young people are able to make the world a better place.
Those brave actions will only be possible if excellence is in place. Excellence on how we lead our entities and on how we lead ourselves to become better leaders! We are looking for those stories that showcase and set the example to the entire network that by acting with excellence, brave actions will happen and we will be able to spread even more the impact of our beloved organization! I wish every single one of you a lot of wisdom to take the right actions so you can be the source of inspiration for other thousands of AIESECers! AIESECly, Vini - PAI 1415
