1. W hat is a Partnership Launch? Answer: Partnership Launch is a 30min agenda-time, direct interaction, physical space that the company can use to engage with the top leaders of AIESEC at the leadership conferences held throughout the year; in order to attract the best candidates to apply for their roles, showcase the partnership and build excitement about it. ! 2. How m uch do I sell it for? Answer: • Partnership launch: 5,000 Euros (for XPROs) • Youth Speak Forum: • Regional: 5,000 Euros • Global: 10,000 Euros 4. W hat’s the Revenue share? Answer: 50% home entity; 50% AI BD team 5. W ho will be the account manager? Answer: The account manager on the entity, will remain the account manager for the partnership. 6. W hat’s AI role on delivering? Answer: AI will be supporting the account manager with the delivery by connecting with the conference manager, aligning objectives and content logistics. 7. Are they now a global Partner? Answer: No. 8. How is the Sales Process? Answer: National entity identifies opportunity -> Communicate with AI to check available slots and timeline for sales -> Company accepts the proposal -> National entity confirms with AI -> Engagement plan prepared with the account manager and AI -> AI confirms dates and logistics for the partner. 9. W ho pays for flight tickets/accommodation for partners? Answer: The company needs to bear all the costs related with flight tickets, accommodation, giveaways or any kind of material they want to use in the conference. 10. Am I attending to the Regional/Global conference if I have to deliver for one of my partners? W ho pays for it? Answer: Yes, you are! AI/MC shares the costs.
