1. Explain the relationship between the AIESEC Experience, the Mid term ambition and BHAG. 2. For the @XP creation after the 2015 statements we used the Business Model canvas. This time we decided to add the Value Proposition canvas to the process.What are the opportunities you see in using this canvas and how can we capitalize on it during the process? What are the weaknesses you see and how can we overcome them in the process? 3. How should the new AIESEC XP be different from previous ones? Why and what are the actions required to ensure this? 4. What would be your unique contribution to the team based on your personal profile and experience? 5. If you ever had an experience of designing/co-creating/ consolidating inputs, how did you engage people, what was the outcome and how it impacted your network? 6. At IC we will only have 800 AIESECers present. How can we engage the rest of the network and ensure that their inputs can be taken forward?
