By the edge of 2015 achievement, we know that our generation 1415 has to become together as one moving towards this final sprint. We know that we need to become the Gen2015 and make sure that AIESEC is a fearless organization that dares to show to the world that anything is possible, and that we will enjoy the way to achieve our MoS. And what is even more interesting in this context is that we are the ones who have the privilege to lead this organization in this moment, something unique and really exciting. The road will be very exciting, for sure, and IC is just the beginning of it. I am really looking forward to seeing all of you again, share my experience so far and be on the same page with you all on how this organization needs to move forward so we get to be the real Gen2015 movement towards our mid term ambition. Enjoy your next 4 weeks and see you all! Vini PAI 1415
PURPOSEFUL
COLLABORATIVE
ACTION - ORIENTED
We are aligned and connected as a network by the importance of brave leadership in society and the historical roots of our organization.
We are aware that 2015 can only be achieved together, through a common effort. We know that we can all rely on each other through the year.
We are ready to make the evolution happen, we have a plan, tools and solution for it and everyone is clear on their role.
In IPM we started the Global Planning Process with the idea of getting us closer and closer to actually being a collaborative network that, through a good alignment in Supply and Demand would be able to deliver 2015 together. Now in IC is time to give one more step into this collaborative attitude. We are NOT going to plan the partnerships during IC, but we will have a space to guarantee that we talk together how we can deliver better experiences together and learn from each other. So, for that, a lot of the Entities Meetings that we usually have during IC will be covered in some session in the agenda. The next week you will receive na update on the exact meetings that will happen and how the process will look like. The meetings will only envolve VPs GCDP+GIP+MKT and LCP, the other profiles will be in other sessions while this is happening. But for now we need some action from you. We know that all of you have been through your Planning process already and we need you to FILL IN your partnerships goals until 31 of July on Market Place.
So, in summary what we need from you until 31 of July: 1) Plan your partnership goals (if you still didn’t do it during your MC Planning – this is a KEY part of the Plan and it should be planned already) 2) Put the goals in the Market Place (together with this PDF is also another one with all the instructions on how to do it) 3) Talk to your Entity Partners to agree on the final goals. We don’t want you to be doing this during IC and the agreement on final goals within partnerships should happen since now, so guarantee that in the next weeks your MCVPs have this scheduled.

• Make sure you leave a proxi and align what should happen during the time you will be gone (make a check list of what needs to happen every week) • Have a time with your MC to get their expectations for IC and what they would like you to get from it for the different functions
• Try to send videos to your MC everyday summarizing what happened (they need to also feel engaged) • Make sure you are every week going through the Check list made with your proxi just to guarantee everything is ok • The most important thing is to keep your MC updated. It could be with a quick meeting during the week, reports every 2 days, but also don’t forget to send them updates about how your personal experience is being in the conference.
• Make a MC Team Days right after IC to put everyone in the same page and making your Plan review (if needed) based on the inputs • Guarantee that you have , with your MC, an implementation plan to dowscale the messages from IC to your entity using the touch points you have with your network • Guarantee you also expend some informal time with your MC after IC – you were away for a long time

•Make sure you leave a proxi and align what should happen during the time you will be gone (make a check list of what needs to happen every week) •Make sure before you go to IC you make a check list of everything that needs to happen in the entity (with each MC VP): if you can, live a proxi for every MCVP or at least a NST that could be more responsible •Prepare your LCPs for this time the MC won’t be there: give them guidelines for what things should happen during this time
•Make sure you are every week going through the Check list made with your proxi just to guarantee everything is ok •Since your whole MC is in IC, the most important thing is to guarantee that their experience is going well: guarantee that during the conference you will have delegation time to see what is their learning and experince
•Make a MC Team Days right after IC to put everyone in the same page and making your Plan review (if needed) based on the inputs •Guarantee that you have , with your MC, an implementation plan to dowscale the messages from IC to your entity using the touch points you have with your network
