1.  Send a survey or make some calls with your LCPs: what is the kind of culture they see in the organization now? 2.  Start the discussion with your MC about the current and desire state until the end of the year for your entity ( we are in 2015, time to think further than your term) 3.  If you are elect, start this discussion already with your elect MC team and already make a survey with your network before even start your transition (this way you will have a lot of insights already for your planning) 4.  Start planning!

1.  Make the right questions: bring this topic for discussion in your team 2.  LEAD can be a powerful tool: use it for growth of your MC members 3.  Revise with them the Support system they have been giving and how you can involve the network much more in the strategies creation 4.  Make sure you are giving the trust your MC members need to make things happen 5.  Make sure all your MC is on the same page: goals and objectives

1.  Use the internal comm channels to understand your LCPs better: weekly newsletter, webnairs and calls 2.  Stories inspire: make sure you are also sharing your xp with them 3.  Have your support group: using Steering team can be a good way to get constant inputs and feedbacks 4.  Remember your LCPs are working to become better leaders: provide the space they need to learn it (LEAD, Summits and talks)

1.  Not all the strategies need to come from the MC: use your best LCVPs to build the strategies with you – they will feel more empowered too 2.  Again, stories inspire: make sure you have a constant channel for communication 3.  Recognition: recognize those entities that are bringing GCPs and growing – they will feel also empowered and will want to do more 4.  Guarantee that you have a good educational cycle that your members can constant learn from the MC and the network
