Assessment of your network With your team 1. In a team meeting start the discussion about what kind of behaviors you have currently in your team and the desire behaviors you would like to see 2. Involve the new team also in inputs for this 3. Decide already how you can INSPIRE your members based on this: choose your channels and messages you need to give 4. Choose one key stakeholder: maybe influencing your LCPs could be one best option now 5. Is your team implementing 100% team minimums?

1.  Send them a survey: what kind behavior is still missing in their members? And in themselves to become the best leaders for their members? 2.  Are they implementing Team Minimums?

1. Start sending them weekly newsle4er with key messages about how to shape behaviors in their en::es and sharing experience 2. Send them weekly also stories about how you are implemen:ng team minimums in your MC: sharing how you do your mee:ngs, coaching etc is always something useful for them 3. Share with them how they can also start using team minimums and create a change in behaviors: it’s always about good examples, share good examples that you see in the network that could help them with this

Inspire, Connect, Act
1.  Define the key channels you will use to inspire your network: ideally you should connect this with your fina sprint campaign and share good stories about how people are driving the right behaviors in their entities 2.  Connect key members and LCs: share good cases and create spaces where people can share the good ideas and behaviors they are having that are leading to growth
Engage your network Some things you can start doing for transition:
This is still one of the key things that still people are not doing: they are not using team minimums and not engaging people enough in their behaviors . So, as MC 1416 you need to start working together to defined clearly how you can change the kind of culture you have in your entity and making together some plans to make dierent things happen. Team minimums implementation is still one of the key ways of changing the way people work in teams in a very eective and supportive way and this is something that both teams can start sharing how they see this being much more showcased daily.
