The key concept

AIESEC’s KEY VALUE PROPOSITION

Kick-start the life-long leadership development journey of young people, by fostering the following 4 qualities: -  Empowering Others -  Solution Oriented -  World Citizen -  Self-Aware This is what we call AIESEC’s Leadership Development Model (LDM), developed over 2 years with the contribution and validation of over 4000 people globally.

HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN

Across all of AIESEC’s programmes, we provide young people with an inner and outer journey that activates those qualities. Inner and Outer Journey are regulated by standards defined on a global level (Team Minimums for domestic team experiences and Exchange Program Policies for GIP and GCDP). Every customer is supported through this experien by our LEAD programme, which acts as a cataly of conscious development.

EMBEDDING LDM IN AIESEC’S DAILY OPERATIONS

We now need to make sure that this concept does not remain on a theoretical level, but contaminates the whole Business Model of the organization. For this reason, we visualized it on a Customer Flow (concept already known to network), to show what should evolve to make sure AIESEC becomes a truly Leadership Development – centered organization.

How is this align to our projects?   How can I adapt my organiza/onal culture to make sure we are living in way that can aKract the kind of membership we have more?

These are just of the ques.ons… but take a look at this video next and check even more how you can use this now during your transi.on to have the right insights (and based on data) for your plan.
