GPS presented the last project: Culture of Achievement Organizations don't transform, people do. In the value assessment for the organization we saw a lot of jumps needed bottomline of the project: drive ambition and innovation in the network for goal achievement ultimate goal: organizational growth and organizational sustainability subprojects 1) leaders that achieve: rewards and recognition, financial education, knowledge centre and forum 2) Bottom-up innovation: growth hacking competitions, lab spaces at physical touch points, AI innovations spaces 3) AI- Role Modeling for GenZ: #AskAI, Refreshment of social media channels, newsletter evolution

SG: asks what is the prioritization on the project? it feels like a lot of tasks and activities and little time to do them.

SG: Fact sheet on the projects: we are not sure you all understand everything and every project and the effort it implies.

SG: The whole planning is too much; it is not that it is too ambitious is that is does not stay at the end. The real most important question is at the end of the year is what will the 2 things that will stay at the end of the year? what is the organization going to keep?

SG: Some are long-term is more than what you can achieve in 1 year. You need to define the things that need to be there before being viral exponential part: GIS functioning, LDM assessment -> the viral part needs to go into 2020.

SG: how will you know when customer satisfaction is a value in the network? how to be the culture you want to see in the network? where could you do less that more can flow? --how do you focus on the ones that will release the biggest impact?

SG: Lack of institutional memory -> build up knowledge with your successors. AI spends a lot of time in conference, little in transition and not enough in execution.

SG: AI has a lot of experience so try to lead a lot of what you have in the plan already in the 2020 project. The 2020project should be the focus not only on process but on direction. How do create a process where you can feel comfortable saying how to lead the organization where we should go? be authentic about your position already on what the organization needs to go for.

SG: We need to get the basis done. are people ready? are the tools ready? every AI team do create a long term vision regardless the AIESEC 2020 MTA. point: the should be strategic things. not all the thing can be done by ai team. AIESEC can not change everything everytime. DA: roadmap is exactly to tackle the continuity in the organization

SG to BD: 600K is not enough of a goal, consider a global approach to a new level. If you become enough viral, you have to bring the money -> not a sponsorship but a shared value into not a one year but a 3 years value. what appeals to a partner is all about the leadership and purpose elevate the global organization: increasing the capacity of partnership building. you want to be the team that exceeds the 1million. ensure that you also stay an NGO? is AIESEC a social entrerprise? - continuity - enabling - impact development while still being consciously on money as we are a non for profit. -go back from the
