Global Youth to Business is an initiative powered by AIESEC and provides a forum where young leaders and businesses come together to voice their concerns on major world issues and generate new, actionable ideas and thoughts about the future. We aim to do this by providing a platform for Youth to voice their opinions, and allow it to be validated and made stronger with inputs from global business and thought leaders through our one-day event.

Gen Y: Present & Future Generation Y has become the major demographic group in most of the world. This generation is the largest group of consumers and makes up the biggest chunk of the upcoming global workforce. The values they hold and the opinions they have should be of great interest to business, government and the world. The trends of today are shaped by Generation Y and will be the prevalent reality tomorrow. We want to provide a platform for them to engage with business leaders in order to discuss major issues that the world faces today and create ideas to help shape a better future for their generation and beyond. Youth to Business is a space to inspire and empower this generation of youth.

The Agenda The agenda of the forum is created in the following framework:

The first half of the agenda is dedicated to host of guest speakers delivering short and powerful talks on the relevance and future demands of the topics being discussed on the day. This will inform the delegates and create the base for helping the delegates form their opinions for the rest of the day.

In this part of the agenda, the youth delegates attend workshops and discussions on the above topics with the business leaders and experts present. This is a unique space where the youth delegates get a chance to not only develop their own opinions, but also co-create solutions with their peers and the experts in the same room.

This is the space where youth delegates validate their opinions, ideas and solutions with business leaders and experts. Its a space where the businesses and the youth constructively challenge eachother on their ideas & opinions with the quest to make them better. The output of the day is collected and aimed to be circulated to not only 100,000 AIESEC members worldwide but also to many a million people that AIESEC reaches everyday.
