ABOUT CHINA VISA & TRAVEL COSTS Malaysians need a visa to stay in China to join Global Volunteer Program which is more than 30 days. The living cost in China differs according to the location of the project. The price range of food in China is around 15-30 yuan. Public buses, taxies, bicycles are the most common vehicles for you to take. In some modern and developed Chinese cities, subway, light rail and even Maglev trains can all be considered as good ways for you to get around the city.
SOCIETY There is an issue of providing an adequate education for rural children in China. The first problem is location: the journey to primary and secondary schools in rural China is often a strenuous one. Global Volunteer Program in China that focusses on SDG 4 Quality Education plays a very important in bringing more education opportunity and international exposure to underprivileged ones.
ABOUT CHINA SOCIETY
Environmental issues in China are associated with the country's high population density and rapid industrialisation, and they are often given a lower priority due to high poverty levels, and an under-resourced governance.
CHECK OUT PAST VOLUNTEERS! NAME: MOHD SYAFIQ BIN ZAMRI I changed, I became a different person from before. I met a lot of people, different kind of people to work with and I learnt how to think from their perspective on what we can do, what we can't what are their common behavior and stuff. Now I see the world as a developing and repairing entity. Even though there's a lot of wars and others problem such as political, pollution, poverty and even low literacy issue, I still can see the light from youths such as from AIESEC organization to change the world. I love to say this 'If you want to change the world, you can start from your self.'
