Train the Marketers (TTM) is a workshop organized by AIESEC In Malaysia, aimed to equip AIESEC members nationwide with knowledge and tools to communicate our brand. We are honoured to participate in the first national TTM in Malaysia! This workshop includes a virtual course and physical boot camp. The physical boot camp was held on the
Attendees of TTM were given opportunities to work with AIESECers from other local committees, applying the knowledge they learned, such as blog writing, photo shooting, video editing and graphic designing. TTM was a success and the attendees inevitably have a deeper understanding of marketing and branding. They were expected to share their knowledge with their fellow teammates and improve the performance of their respective local chapters.
TL EMPOWERMENT DAY
On 25th of November, TL (Team Leader) Empowerment Day is held for AIESEC members to enhance leadership skill as well as introducing team management skills. We were fortunate to have Elwin Chin, Jane Lee, Peter Ang, and Pravin to be our speaker. Through this workshop, we had a great time learning about the concept of leadership.
Apart from that, the speakers also shared their stories and experiences to us. We believe that our members gained knowledge about leadership through this day.
