Understanding the project It is a pilot project: par$cipant LCs are obliged to follow the instruc$ons and rules provided, there cannot be any independent ini$a$ves created. • It is a transi1on team project: the project will be managed by AI2020 team and it is planned to be 4 months. The progress of the project will define whether this ini$a$ve will be taken forward by AI20.21 team or not. • It is a research and tes1ng project: the en$ty is not going to depend on this project financially, because it is a tes$ng project and there is no guarantee that it will be successful. • This is a FAST project: the project will last 4 months. LCs will need to research, design and test everything very quickly. That’s why it’s important that you need to be extremely proac$ve as the par$cipants of this project.
Understanding the project METHODOLOGY We will be following Innova$on A to Z framework from Board of Innova$on. This framework is the combina$on of mul$ple approaches: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Innova$on Fit, 3 lenses of innova$on. And inside this decision tree, there will be several frameworks we will use along the way.
In summary, we will pass through the following steps: • Scoping the vision and strategy • Empathizing and understanding the customer desires • Defining and idea9ng solu9ons • Crea9ng the first prototype and tes9ng • Adapta9ons • Valida9on

Taking the insights and learnings from remote feature project, we created a vision card that consists of ini$al ideas. This concept will be out ini$al assump$on. However, aRer consolida$ng on customer interview insights, we might create new concepts or adapt the ini$al concept.

We will not use EXPA or YOP in tes$ng phase. So, prepare yourself mentally to use maybe wix pages, spreadsheets, google forms or maybe something else for the tes$ng of the program.

If you want to apply fill this form: bit.ly/Pilot-Application - DDL August 12th @23.59 Remember that if you get selected as a pilot LC you need to follow all the DDLs and instructions both from MC side and AI side. You can not take different decisions or directions. In case of COVID all the LCs will run the program, so all LCs will have the possibility of approving for virtual professional programs.
