How to get to the JXLDS

JXLDS will be at Ranmal Holiday Resort, Moratuwa. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Delegates will be allotted a bus. The Bus will leave University of Sri Jayewardenepura at 6.00 AM on 1st of April 2016. Any delegate who is late will have to come to the venue by themselves.
How to Register Registration will start as soon as the delegates reach the conference venue (7.30am) There will be three registration counters, at which you will have to pay the balance amount of your registration fee. You will receive the delegate T shirt, name tag , delegate pack and the room key Before you reach the venue, your will be notified of your registration counter number(Counter 1,2,3)
Accommodation Accommodation will be provided at Ramadia Hotel. Delegates will be allotted in to rooms of 4 to 5 delegates. One delegate will be appointed to bear the responsibility of the room key. You will be notified about the names of the other delegates in your room before you reach the hotel. All the delegates sharing the room will be held responsible for any damages or loss cause to the room and other facilities in the room.
On the night of April 1 Let’s Rock & Roll! Lets travel in time to meet Elvis Preasely, ABBA ,and the Hipsters To be colorful and extend your creativity Indulge in 70’s music and JIVE under the Disco light!!! IT’S THE TIME TO DISCO!! No delegate has any excuse but to be dressed in 70’s costumes
