ASSESSMENT CENTRE FIRST GROUP
We had a day full of activities at the Parque Omar with the applicants where they had a lot of fun presenting ther assessment centre coordinated by the OC MAJORS.
ASSESSMENT CENTRE SECOND GROUP
We had an Assessment Centre for our second applicant group called Lions. It took place at the ulatina and it was a great and productive day where the applicants got the chance to explore there abilities with different dinamics.
OUR FIRST MATCH Priscilla Gomez - LC Juiz de Fora - Brazil
We had our first match. Priscilla Gomez is now matched with the LC Juiz de Fora from Brazil. She will be there for 3 months completing the GCDProgram in a summer camp.
OUR JUMP ROLL CALL RAISE YOUR GLASS FREAKS
We created our ROLL CALL which is conformed by a remix of Raise your glass, Afro circus and I like to move it from Madagascar Movie. We danced it acapella in JUMP in front of the rest of the delegates and we represented our LC with all of our spirit through our bodies following the rythm of the songs we had chosen.

We had a 13 people delegation representing our committee in the regional conference, JUMP. Thanks to them and their enthusiastic spirit we gained great positioning in AIESEC CAS.

The delegates got to do lots of activities such as bungee jumping, traveling on a ferry and enjoying of the attraction park in Costa Rica.

La juventud es algo relativamente efímero de lo que muchos constamos cuando somos jóvenes. Claro que aquí me refiero a una juventud que no precisa de edad ni de tiempo sino de espíritu. Esta juventud trasciende la carne y la materia, vas más allá, hasta llegar a nuestro ser, nuestro núcleo y ahí es donde yace la fuerza con la que podemos lograr cualquier cosa. Cuando se es jóven de espíritu se está lleno de potencial, está lleno de esperanza, ambición, motivación y expectativas. Recuerdo haber leído en algún lugar que todos nacemos siendo artistas, esto puede ser cierto pero una vez que maduramos perdemos esa vibra de arte, esa fuerza de juventud y esto se debe a que nuestro ciclo de vida se basa en nacer, crecer, ser entrenados y preparados para formar parte del sistema monótono en quevivimos, desarrollar nuestra vida dentro de este sistema y finalmente morir. Se podría decir que en la fase de entrenamiento en nuestra vida perdemos esa virtud, perdemos nuestra juventud, perdemos nuestro arte para convertirnos en adultos. El secreto de la vida es ser adultos con juventud, con fuerza y así podremos lograr lo que queramos, el madurar no debe ser un proceso por el cual tengamos que perder esta cualidad de alegría y perserverancia. Siempre dicen que los jóvenes somos el futuro del mundo, no somos el futuro, somos el presente. El momento para hacer algo es ahora. Porque si seguimos postergando la salvación de nuestro planeta, la erradicacioón de la pobreza, la detención de la corrupción, si seguimos postergando el alcanzar nuestras utopías jamás lograremos nada, estemos anuentes de nuestro poder, incrementémoslo, compartámoslo, motivémonos juntos, instruyámonos, cultivemos nuestro liderazgo, hagamos un cambio y crezcamos para ser jóvenes por siempre y poder cambiar el mundo todos unidos como uno sólo.
