Running internal selection. Positioning internships among LC members. Regular contact with EP during internship. Increasing number of members having Reintegration activities. both LC and eXchange experience Members' career planning and coaching. Revising and adjusting structure and LC timeline to changing environment (together with LCP and rest of the EB). EP Induction. Identyfying potential partners. Establishing cooperation with partnering countries including numeric goals and timelines. Tracking international cooperation. International cooperation Targeted recruitments - executing promotional materials, positioning specific opportunities. Matching Manias and other means of delivery for specific countries.

Setting numeric goals and profiles of EPs to recruit. Cooperate on communication plan and positioning of the recruitment. Running selection process. Coordinating language tests. Support and engagement in building ER products around EP recruitment. Running induction and exchange preparation for EPs. Delivering updated information to VP communication on regular basis. Creating Talent Plan and EP profiles. Internet promotion - mailings, posts on different forums. Cooperation with career centers. Participation on external events - job fairs, cultural events etc. Expansion to new universities and faculties- esuring AIESEC internships are recognized as obligatory internships, promotion of AIESEC internships by university authorities etc. Establishing matching rules for the LC. Support EPs in their matching, establishing appropriate structure - coordinators, coaches, OGX team etc. Tracking EP matching, working with deadlines and EP timelines. Developing international and national cooperation to fasten delivery. Education of all members about X trends, effective matching, international cooperation.

Set the goals for local committee for raising, matching and realization - rememebr to connect it with your LC structure Ensure development of ICX subsytem in Conduct market researach and ensure its continues update local committee through effective supply Set growth strategy for local committee that will ensure goals realization and demnad management Regular tracking of progress in goals realization Ensure proper and effective processes management in the ICX area esecially delivery of TNs Deliver necessary tools that will esure Ensure quality of servicing and account management system growth in quality and quantity of Ensure quality of reception and interns preparation exchanges Ensure proper and quality TN raising Build effective LC LC partnerships in France and in the whole network Track and execute LC LC partnerships Represent your LC internally and Ensure proper positioning and LC brand creation internally in the network and externally externally through building effective partnerships Ensure quality servicing of partnering LCs , countries Ensure proper preparation of memebers in terms of LC representaiton on international and national conferneces Create hype around exchange managing in your Lc Endure proper understaniding of ICX area and exchange managemnt Foster and build culture of exchange in Involve all stakeholders in X processes: members, interns, OCP, Alumni, externals your local committee Ensure propereducation on exchange porcesses Ensure clear communication and constant informaiton update about the area in you LC
