GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE
Why do you want to be LCP ? An LCP has to be an excellent leader of an LC, what qualities do you have that ensure it? How much time per day will you be able to invest on AIESEC during your term as LCP? From your perspective, what makes a team successful? (Please use examples) How will you manage your team in order to generate a correct synergy and cooperation? Describe an organizational culture you would like to see in your committee, what actions should be made to achieve it? Two strategies you would like to see implemented in your LC in order to increase the quality and efficiently of membership experiences?
SPECIFIC QUESTIONNAIRE Local Perspective Make a SWOT analysis of your local committee and then answer the following questions: -What is the main challenge for your LC overall? -What actions and/or solutions you will take to overcome it? then list and explain your drivers (at least three) Which strategies do you propose to work with MKT, TM and F&L to improve processes? (Consider financial sustainability, investments, membership efficiency, profile attraction, current market, etc.) Which improvements do you consider necessary in ICX and OGX areas in order to achieve your LC quantifiable goals? How many exchanges per program could your LC do in 2018? Break this down into months, how many people would you need in each area? What projects do you undertake? If you could choose one focus program for your LC, which would you pick and how would you ensure that each of the support functions does focus in that program? Specify strategies to start a culture of IXP in your entity
