Introduction AIESEC en Paraguay started 4 years ago, and this is the first time we’e working in order to establish our Entity Control Board. The growth we had as an entity in the last 9 month tell us that growth should not be an option for our entity; However, when it cames to practical actions, 350% of growth requires that you have a board controlling and helping your entity to move forward and to enable our customer to live the experience that AIESEC promisses.

02. Structure The inicial structure is going to start with the Chair at the beginning and the chair is responsible to define what’s the team structure and to select his team. In minimum the ECB structure should have at leat 2 members.

Job Description The job description its a basis document that should guide the chair in the role in needs to pay for the entity, its adaptable to changes. If you have any doubt just contact ana.passaporte@aiesec.net. The role starts from 2 of May to 30 of March.

01. Profile Needed - Minimum 1 year of active AIESEC career & TL experience - Clear understanding of current AIESEC vision and ICB processes - Exchange experience – preferred - Knowledge of XPP, CoE, ER principles and national quality principles - Strong quality/team management/leadership skills


02. Job Description Job Role: As a head of ECB ensure all the work of ECB is fulďŹ lled due to its role and aiming to make every young person to live their experience in peace. 1. Strategic Management of ECB (ensuring ECB have a strategy, focuses, and initiatives planned towards achieving it) 2. Agenda Management of strategic meetings of ECB 3. Setting cooperation with ICB, MC, NST and LC 4. Representation and communication of ECB interest to National Plenary 5. Reporting towards National Plenary about state of ECB and work progress 6. Tracking the follow-up procedure of 7. Solving Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethic, ER or Partnership 8. Principles violations (together with ICB and MC) 9. Tracking LC on follow up of steps provided by ECB regarding the Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethics, ER or Partnership principles violations (together with ICB, MC and NST if needed) 10. Ensure Team Minimums implementation for productive work of your team members: - Recruit at least 3 members to own team (organise and make a selection, if HR capacity allows) - Ensure every team member is developing leadership during their experience - Ensure there is team purpose, values and rules - Organize a planning and re-planning spaces for the team - Ensure everybody has monthly and weekly plans with clear Key - Deliverables and DDLs set - Ensure everybody has a clear JD ( with Job role, responsibilities, key deliverables, main DDLs and skills they are going to develop) - Ensure team members have a personal development plan and their JD is aligned to it -Ensure every team member had a proper induction, functional trainings and has an access to educational information online - Organise weekly meetings for tracking Productivity, Plan and - Key Deliverables execution, and setting Plan and Key Deliverables for the next week - Organise monthly review meeting, where plan is reviewed and discussed


03. Measures of Success - Av. time of Response - Av. time of Cases solved - Av. time the cases are followed up - Av. time of consultancy answer - % of LCs totally Audited - General NPS Score; - Av.time of special cases solved and followed up

02. Specific Questionnaire 1. Please create a simple timeline for the ECB work considering the main exchange peaks. 2. Please state what are the top reasons for detractors in Paraguay and what type of solutions the ECB can bring. 3. Please state 3 main stategies to achieve the Measure of Success proposed in the Job Description.
