Capital City: Assuncion; Government:Unitary republic; Currency: Guaraní (PYG); Religion: Catholicism; Language: Spanish/Guaraní Time Zone: GMT-4 Paraguay is a landlocked country between Argentina, Brazil and Bolivia, home to large swaths of swampland, subtropical forest and chaco, wildernesses comprising savanna and scrubland. The capital, Asunción, on the banks of the Paraguay River, is home to the grand Governmentv Palace and the Museo del Barro, displaying pre-Columbian ceramics and ñandutí lacework, the latter available in many shops.
Paraguay Experiences Largest Econo mic Growth in South America In 2010, Paraguay experienced the greatest economic expansion in South America. It’s economy was the 2nd fastest expanding economy in the world, after Qatar.
The main goal of SpeakUp Project is to provide practical language conversations and learning in English and Portuguese, regarding global issues and other relevant themes for the youth. The focus point of this program will be the talk of spaces on national and international issues in the fields of economy, politics, society and education; Activities during the project

1 Training Days – There will be training days to supports the interns in there journey.This includes lead for EP and preparation for the working activities; 2-Final Event – The final event will hold the interns that have participated in the project in order to understand whata were their key learning points after the internship
Requirements:
Portuguese intermediate; or English Intermediate
The connect project aims to improve communication of Third Sector organization through marketing plans, construction of visual identity, organization and management of website and social media, fundraising events, promotion and positioning of the product in local. Activities during the project
