Descripction: Between 6 and 12 month’s. Give the opportunity to manage high performance teams and develop them in a professional level. Responsible of the strategies, national and international networking with our ALUMNUS and responsible of the develop of the team. Ejm: EB, MC, LCP, NST, etc. Roles inside the AIESEC structure
Requirements: • Been part at least for 6 months as TMP member • Know about the organization • Must pass the Review Board • Meet the minimum competency evaluated in the 360° •Present AT and 360° (sistema)

Description: Between 4 to 6. Provides the opportunity to develop strategic and operational activities leading directly to members in your area and carrying out various activities and projects. Ejm: Coordinaciones, TL, etc.
Requirement: • Minimum skill level (GCM) • Knowledge of specific topics in accordance with the needs of office • Previous experience as a member of a team (not necessarily in AIESEC) • Passed the Review Board • Knowledge of necessary tools

Description: Between 2 and 3 months. Provides an opportunity for people who are not part of a program of our organization, managing a team for a short period of time. Directing in various tasks that target a specific result. Ejm: OCP, OCVP, TL de un head hunting, etc.

Directing in different tasks focused on a specific outcome in a virtual or physical way. Ejm: OCP, EP Manager, Quality Coordinator, Cooperation manager, etc.
