SPORTS PROGRAM
PROJECT
About This program takes place at various schools in the northern areas of Port Elizabeth. The goal of this specific program revolves around the concept, “Off the streets and onto the pitch. We use sport as a medium to curb the high level of societal pressures that plague the youth of our community. Introducing the sport program to schools in our community as part of a healthy balanced lifestyle will encourage learners to look beyond circumstances and use sport as a tool for self-development. Volunteers/interns will provide us with assistance in coaching and mentoring.

Port Elizabeth
Port Elizabeth Port Elizabeth is a city on Algoa Bay in South Africa's Eastern Cape Province. A major port, it's also known for its numerous beaches. The Donkin Heritage Trail takes in the Old Hill neighbourhood's Victorian landmarks. Coastal boat tours spot whales and rare seabirds, while wildlife reserves outside the metropolitan area are home to elephants, rhinos and other big game.
Did you know? PE used to be called the 10minute city, because - you guessed it - you can get anywhere in 10 minutes or less. But not anymore, as things have grown and gotten busier, it will now take you 15 minutes to get somewhere. So PE is now officially a 15-minute city.
While famous for its beaches, PE is also quite a wild place. No, not in terms of nightlife, we meant wildlife. There are many reserves where you can go game spotting including the Addo Elephant Park that is dedicated to the preservation of the Eastern Cape Elephant and the Cape Buffalo.Â
Believe it or not, PE is actually South Africa's second largest city - with regards to its area at least. In terms of population, it's the fifth largest. This probably means that it's a pretty spacious, pleasant place to live

South Africa
South Africa South Africa is a country on the southernmost tip of the African continent, marked by several distinct ecosystems. The Western Cape offers beaches, lush winelands around Stellenbosch and Paarl, craggy cliffs at the Cape of Good Hope, forest and lagoons along the Garden Route, and the city of Cape Town, beneath flattopped Table Mountain..
Did you know? Some countries have deserts; some have subtropical forests, right? South Africa has: deserts, wetlands, grasslands, bush, subtropical forests, mountains and escarpments.
South Africa’s Cape Winelands have around 560 wineries and 4 400 primary producers. Included in the Cape Winelands region is Route 62, considered the longest wine route in the world. That alone is good reason to visit South Africa if you haven’t yet been!
South Africa is extremely rich in mining and minerals and considered the world’s leader with nearly 90% of all the platinum metals on earth and around 41% of all the world’s Gold!
