In AIESEC we are truly fortunate to be in an experiential environment supported by the people and resources that form part of our organisation. Job Description This person is responsible for handling all education related matters of the LC members by equipping them with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation .

Responsibilities ● Identifying training and development needs within LCs by communicating and coaching meetings with LCVPs ● Working with other NSTs to produce programs that are relevant to all portfolios. ● Producing training materials for E-Learning (videos, documents, webinars, posters ● Helping LCVPs TM to solve specific training problems on a one to one groups. ● Work with MCVP TM with the Member Education Cycle

Job Description The role deals with supporting OGX from the TM point of view.

Responsibilities ● Identify the gaps in competencies of the average member in OGX ● Co creating measures to fill the competency gaps with MCVP OGX, MCVP TM and LCVPs OGX ● Increasing skills and knowledge of members through theoretical and experiential learning ● Brainstorm new and creative ways to boost sales and implementing them nationally ● Tracking and evaluating LCs performance. Media Relations

Job Description As part of the National Marketing team, the National Support Team Media Relations Manager is responsible for contacting national media and help AIESEC in South Africa build media presence, especially through written articles showcasing our activities. The Media Relations Manager will also be maintaining regular contact with the media in order to build relationships with them.

Responsibilities - Write and publish press releases, e.g. for our blog. - Actively collaborate with MCVP Marketing to book media appearances or other opportunities to promote AIESEC in South Africa. - Liaise MCVP Marketing with writers and journalists to collaborate and work on articles to promote AIESEC. - Ensure presence of the press at national events such as Youth Speak Forum. - Transition established media relationships to the next Media Relations Manager. - Attend weekly NST Team meeting

Graphic Design

Job Description As part of the National Marketing team, the National Support Team Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all external-facing graphic contents that is directed towards South African youth as well as businesses and internationals interested in coming to South Africa. These graphics include posters, flyers, Social Media visuals for different opportunities such as going on exchange, member recruitment or promoting our opportunities in South Africa.

Responsibilities - Actively collaborate with MCVP Marketing and MCVP OGX on creating promotional materials to prepare for OGX peaks. - Incorporate Branding Guidelines of the AIESEC “Blue book” and ensure they are adhered to in all material - Work with MCVP Marketing & NST Digital Marketing to support national marketing strategies. - Collaborate with LCVPs Marketing to support them with creating content aligned to national marketing plan - Facilitate at least 2 training sessions on Graphic Design for members (either physical or virtual) - Attend weekly NST Marketing Team meeting

Responsibilities

As part of the National Marketing team, the National Support Team Digital Marketing & Brand Guardian is responsible for coordinating the collaboration on the National Marketing campaigns. It must be ensured LCs are contributing by creating content, as well as that posts are scheduled correctly and that posts are according to AIESEC standards. Regular contact with LCVPs is therefore essential, in order to follow up and support with content creation.

- Actively collaborate with MCVP Marketing and MCVP OGX on creating promotional materials - Collaborate with the NST Graphic Design to create promotional material for our different digital communication channels (Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) - Support LCVPs with creating content. - Ensure all content published is brand-aligned - Ensure all LCs are contributing to national marketing strategy - Schedule online promotion activities for different campaigns - Facilitate at least two training sessions for members (physical or virtual) - Attend weekly NST Marketing Team meeting

Time commitment 20 – 25 hours per week

Responsibilities Outline and manual of visual campaign Define the guidelines for the OGX marketing campaign based on market segmentation. Define history line, logo, slogan, and phrasing of the online marketing campaign based on the market segmentation. Write and publish the marketing campaigns guidelines following the marketing plan of OGX South Africa+ Blue Book. Multimedia producing Submit videos, still images, and blog posts to MCVP MKT.

Responsibilities Submission of videos and still images to promote OGX in South Africa Create, no more than 2 videos a week, and still images for the OGX marketing campaign following the guidelines and directions of the OGX Social Media Multimedia National Supervisor. Submit the created material in time.

Job Description You´ll be in charge of developing researched content, without copyright infringement of any kind, for the blog of AIESEC SA. You can write the content yourself or outsource it, but it has to reflect AIESEC values, respect our brand, promote our values, and raise awareness of AIESEC in South Africa.

Responsibilities Reactivation and periodical publishing in the OGX SA blog. Define topics to publish Write posts for the blog based on the marketing focus and topics agreed. Publish the posts in time and in accordance with the marketing manual. Submission of ideas every Monday. Mailing Marketer Duration: March– 31 July 2017

Job Description In order for us to maintain the new CF to 100%, we need to create and sustain a mailing marketing campaign. You´ll co-create the campaign with the MCVP OGX and MCVP MKT, and you´ll execute it. Defining of strategies for conversion of new registrants to applying EPs. Defining strategies of conversion for applying WPs to Matched EPs. Creation of easy-to-use Mailchimp templates. Publishing and managing mailing campaign. Weekly submission of the statistics of the report.

Responsibilities Create the OGX mailing campaign with the MCVP OGX and MKT. Define outlines and guidelines for mailing campaign. Define strategy to address: Conversion of new registrants into applicant EPs. Conversion of EPs applying into EPs matched. Weekly mailing to registrants in EXPA Create templates for mailing new registrants Create templates for mailing applying EPs Email target market once a week. Job Description The NST Sales is responsible to help the LCs to develop sales for IGT at LC level by the CRM tool and trainings. Also should be responsible to co-create and follow up the Sales Hunter program for the entity.

Time commitment 8-10 hours per week

Responsibilities ▪ Co-create with the MCVP BD&IGT the Sales Hunters Program (Rewards and Recognitions program for IGT and training). ▪ Follow up the results of the Sales Hunters program. ▪ Follow up with the LCs the filling of the CRM tool. ▪ Audit and release results of CRM prospections. ▪ Deliver the trainings needed around the sales processes. ▪ Tracking of sales results of the LCs.

NST Match & IR

Job Description The NST Match & IR is responsible to find the accurate profiles for the national accounts vacancies, this implies to build strong international relations with OGX in other countries and downscale to the LCs. Also will be on charge to provide training related to match processes for the LCs and work in synergy with the NST Immigration in order to complete the process of the trainees accepted.

Responsibilities - Promote the opportunities open with the network. -Seek actively for accurate profiles. - Screening CVs of the people applying. - Interview the applicants and pass the most accurate to the companies. - Create a manual of the match processes. - Pass the candidates selected with the NST Immigration - Provide training to the LCs on the -

match processes.

NST Immigration

Job Description The NST Immigration is responsible to facilitate for companies and trainees the immigration processes, provide the documents and assitance needed for the interns to get a visa and manage all the arrangements around their arrival together with the NST Value Delivery.

Responsibilities - Gather information about visa processes and how to manage them. - Provide assistance to the trainees about their visa processes and follow up on it. - Request the documents and information needed for handle their immigration processes and arrival. - Pass to the NST Value Delivery the information needed for an smooth arrival and integration of the interns. - Generate tracking tools and manuals to improve the efficiency of the visa processes.

NST Value Delivery Duration: March – 31 July 2017

Job Description The NST Value Delivery should be responsible to take care about the experience of companies and trainees of national accounts through customer service processes and satisfaction surveys, also coach the LCs on this matter. Always seeking for increase operations and re-raising through the best quality service. The NST Value Delivery should work hand to hand with the NST Match & IR and the NST Immigration.

Time commitment 8– 10 hours per week

Responsibilities -Ensure that every logistical arrangement is on place for interns arrivals. - Provide IPS for the IGT interns. -Create manuals for a proper servicing of EPs and companies. -Generate surveys for asses the quality of the experiences we deliver for both, companies and trainees. -Generate a newsletter for Stakeholders and another for interns.

YSF Manager

Duration: March – 31 July 2017

Job Description The YSF Manager will be responsible for making sure everything is in place for the event in July, logistics and brand image, this implies before, during and after. He/she will be the link between the MC and the OC to make this happen, working very close with the MCVP BD & IGT and Marketing, on the promotion of the event and increasing the relevance of this one.

Responsibilities ▪Increase the awareness of the event and the YS survey before the event. ▪Run BTL campaigns for promotion. ▪Coordinate all the logistic arrangements for a successful event. ▪Attract media partners for covering the event. ▪Get registers of people attending the event. ▪Send grateful notes and certificates to the attendants after the event.

Alumni Manager

Job Description Alumni Manager should work building a strong AIESEC Alumni Network and ignite this relations on the LCs in order to boost exchanges and allow membership engagement. Is responsible for take care of the brand of AIESEC at national level and for scaling up the impact of the organization to make it more relevant and strong. Also, should be able to manage all the issues related to Alumni (arrange meetings, conferences and improve projects with them). The Alumni Manager will keep contact with the National Alumni network and will allow the interaction between them and AIESEC in South Africa, through events and digital channels in order to capitalize their experience, contacts and resources.

Responsibilities
