They are also responsible for managing the 16 S&S for our EPs, ensuring excellent delivery of OPS and RIS across the country, and our IXP program (with TXP)."

r e g a n a iGET M The IGT Manager will be responsible for the delivery to our national partners, since the promotion of the opportunities, the match process, visa assistance to the EPs and follow up with both EPs and companies, coordinating these activities in direct contact with the MCP or the rest of the MC if needed. Also will be the team leader of the NSTs Matching & IR and Value Delivery.

Main Activities Ensure to match all the opportunities opened, that implies secure IR (International Relations), promote the opportunities, screening CVs, interviewing, provide profiles to the companies and match the proper candidates. Ensure the servicing provided to EPs and companies/organizations

Time commitment: 10-12 hours per week

R I & h c Mat The NST Match will be responsible to ensure that all the opportunities open by the National Partners of AIESEC in South Africa will be matched, which implies promotion of the opportunity, screening CVs, interviews and selection. Also will seek actively for generate cooperations with other entities in order to supply the demand and align it, whilst improving the processes to allow faster and more efficient matches.

Main Activities

PROMOTION: Promote by all the channels available the opportunities, developing the tools and material needed to do it. MATCH PROCESS: Ensure efficient match processes, starting with the opportunities posted in EXPA, contact applicants, screening CVs, interviews and select candidates. INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: Actively seeking for LC to LC cooperations in order to generate long-term relationships for the LC, aligning the supply and demand of both entities

y r e v i l e Value D The NST Value Delivery will be responsible to ensure the quality of the experiences we provide for both trainees and companies, making sure to have in place all the logistics and arrangements needed after the approved for an excellent servicing. This includes visa assistance and follow up on the experiences.

Main Activities EXPECTATIONS & VISA PROCESSES: Ensure a clear expectation setting with the interns and assist them with visa process and arrangements. LOGISTICS: Set in place any logistic arrangement needed for a smooth integration of the trainees to their experiences (as accommodation, EP Buddy, IPS, etc.). CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Follow up on the experiences of both, trainees and companies in order to provide a quality service and build long-term relationships.
