How to Interview for Analytical Profiles Look for people who are: Precise
Responsible
The work that this profile needs to accomplish must be acurate, complete, and precise.
Proactive They cannot be always waiting on others to start, but proactively looking for way to apply their skills.
The results of their work usually has a large impact on the LC and other areas, so you need to be able to rely on them.
Willing to Learn
Punctual
Their work is often timesensitive in order to be accepted and/or useful, and they need others to be punctual too.
Innovative They have to learn about and understand other areas in order to provide more useful support.
Being able to make processes more effective or efficient is an extremely valuable skill.
You don’t want people who are: Easily Distracted They have to be able to complete a task entirely or their work isn't of any use.
Unable to Work with Others
Being shy is okay, but they still are in the Team Member Program so they need to be able to work with others.
Don't like numbers
People who are bored with, dislike, or don't understand numbers are not this profile.
