Proactive
Relationship Managers need to maintain the relationship in the long-term, not just creating shortterm solutions.
Customer Focused
This profile needs to ensure that the customer has the most positive experience possible, no matter who it is.
They need to be able to anticipate the needs of their customers before the customer asks, and always be looking for how else they can help
Demonstrates Integrity
Problem Solvers
These are the first people customers will bring their problems to, so they need to be innovative and decisive to resolve problems quickly.
Good Communicator
People need to be able to trust them immediately, otherwise they cannot build a solid relationship.
They need to be able to work with, connect to and explain things to a wide variety of people.
You don’t want people who are:
Shy
They oftenn have to be the one to first reach out and make contact with others, so they cannot be afraid of or dislike this.
Unreliable
They need to be able to follow-up with customers when they say they would, and keep in touch over longer periods of time.
Inflexible They need to be able to adjust their way of working to adapt to what each individual customer needs.
