Dear Partners and Potential Partners of AIESEC Ukraine! We would like to present you this information booklet to inform you about current state of organizational development and present the opportunities for partnership and cooperation in project of different issues for the next year 2013.

1. Information about projects and conferences in June 2012 - December 2012:
National Projects “Leadership Development Seminar” - 3 days of the conference for 100 AIESEC members and 100 external students and recent graduators on the themes of Leadership, HR, Marketing, Finance and Sales in form of trainings, presentations, seminars and workshops.
“Youth and Business” Forum 2012 - December 5, 2012, Kyiv, a one-day forum supporting global initiative “Youth to Business” Forum (AIESEC International) with aim to establish an interactive dialogue between young people from all over Ukraine and the corporate sector on topics: innovations in business, corporate social responsibility and entrepreneurship.
“Summer Camps” Project - national socio-educational project aimed at developing leadership skills, the destruction of cultural stereotypes and tolerance towards representatives of other countries, cultures, religions, and overcoming the language barrier, improving English language school pupils and children summer camps. This year there were more than 5 thousand participants in 15 cities in Ukraine with 264 volunteers from different countries.
The goals of Forum are to discuss current issues and trends and share ideas about solving case studies creating learning environment for the active youth of Ukraine, generating ideas for development and application of current trends in social, educational and business environments.
“World Heritage” (October-November, 2012) National project, based on UNESCO initiative, aimed to inform young people about the unique value of cultural monuments and nature; and to encourage future leaders to participate actively in the protection, preservation and promotion of World Heritage.
The uniqueness of the project: greater number of participants expected from Kyiv and a number of participants - from inactive regions of the country in order to bring to public life, youth and show an example of active behavior in society.
Participants are about 250 active youth representatives from more than 20 cities of Ukraine.

National Conferences
Ambassadorship Program
“Summer Functional Meeting” in July and “Autumn Conference” in September 2012 were held for top management of AIESEC in Ukraine Executive Boards from 19 Local Committees. There were about 100 young leaders form overall Ukraine to plan and get knowledge how to operate on local level realizing national and local projects, international exchange program and deliver unique experience to Ukrainian youth.
Proctor & Gamble ambassadorship Program was realized with aims to support brand of P&G in AIESEC and externally through on-line activities Spread information about the opportunities of P&G among the target audience (seminars, job opportunities) and representation of interests of P&G on the local level. It was help from September 2011 till May 2012 where 5 ambassadors from such cities as Lviv, Donetsk, Berdyansk, Simferopol, Lugansk took part. This program helped to support the brand of P&G in the universities in the big cities, there were 3 events run for the students.
“Train the Trainer” Conference – the conference for AIESEC members round the country with the purpose to give theoretical knowledge and practical skills to people who want to become trainers in AIESEC and in future. There were more than 50 young people from more than 10 cities and international delegates and trainers from Poland, Turkey and Moldova. “New Horizons” Conference (December, Kyiv) – the national conference for newcomers AIESEC members round the country with the purpose to give theoretical knowledge and soft skills to become able to realize projects and develop personally in organization during the AIESEC experience on 4 main programs.
SUN InBev Ukraine ambassadorship The program was realized from 01.08.2011 till 30.05.2012 with ambassadors from 5 cities: Lviv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Odessa, Kyiv. The aims of program were to inform students who know about the GMT Program (through promo campaigns and other actions), to support of the image of the company as topemployer, to improve the understanding of the youth about the company business.

2. Opportunities for partnership in projects in October 2012 – July 2013:
National Projects “Career Forum” 2012 - 2013 A one-day event in the form of presentations from companies conducting the presentation of career opportunities, assessment centers and exhibition of national companies as best employers for selected students, graduates and young professionals.
The uniqueness of the project: 1. Direct access to the students of 4-5 courses and recent graduates who have been pre-qualified by the necessary criteria for companies. 2. Opportunity during the forum to assessment centers and to select potential employees or interns.
Main goals of “Career Forum”: • Improvement in the labor market of young professionals; • Formation and improvement the company's image as the best employer in the labor market of Ukraine; • Promotion of employment opportunities in national and international companies; • Providing useful examples of effective practices in job search. Target Audience: students of 4-5 courses, recent university graduates that have leadership skills, knowledge of foreign languages, experience in NGOs.

“Explore Ukraine” (December 2012-January 2013) National cultural project, that aims to promote the image of Ukraine in the world, as well as raising brand of the country in the eyes of the Ukrainian people. The main objective of the project is to create a powerful tool that can show the real image of modern Ukraine by eyes of foreigners and to create strong positive brand of Ukraine in the world.
“Act.in.UA” (February-March, 2013) - National educational project of AIESEC in Ukraine for student and recent graduates based on “learning by doing” concept, international experience, which is aimed to get and implement project management skills.
“ProfFuture” Project (January-February, 2013) National project that aims for activating leadership among for pupils and students, providing them a platform for making own decisions about their future occupation and help them to identify own personal and professional goals for the future to apply for the right positions in the Company.
“Green Rush” (March-April, 2013) - National ecological project is aimed to pay attention of Ukrainian society on global ecological problems, ecological problems of Ukraine and stimulate their action through green education, creation and realization of ecological events, participation in hugest ecology action “Let’s do it”.

National Conferences “Future Conference” (Kyiv, April, 2013) - National conference for about 60 members of AIESEC at the end of their career in the organization in order to give them education on the themes of employment, planning their careers; trainings and workshops from the business sector so that the participants can use this knowledge for their future job and employment. “Leadership Development Seminar” (Kyiv, July, 2013) - 3 days of the conference for 100 AIESEC members and 100 external students and recent graduators on the themes of Leadership, HR, Marketing, Finance and Sales in form of trainings, presentations, seminars and workshops. Special Programs
“Company month” Program - program that is realized on the official international AIESEC online platform during one chosen month aimed at making the brand of the company as top-employer more popular among AIESEC members in 15 cities during different kind of activities planned with company. Global Internship Program Each company in Ukraine could participate in Global Internship Program (GIP) in AIESEC. GIP is a program which gives an opportunity for our partners to take a foreign specialist into the company for certain period of time. Participation in GIP program can help you to bring new experience from other countries also you would be able to extend your market abroad with help of foreign specialist.
“Year Partnership” Program - presentation of the company as Year Partner at all online and offline promo events during all activities the whole year (assess to the audience about 250 thousand young people round the country during the year). “Ambassadorship” Program - program that support brand of company among students from different universities of Ukraine.
