As MC 19-20 we are super privileged and excited to open an application form for the team that is going to organize the first external conference of generation 19-20 and the 5th YouthSpeak Forum for AIESEC in Ukraine. About YSF YouthSpeak Forum is a premiere event that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse crosssector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

Keynotes where speakers relate to the main topic and how they or the company they represent connect to it.
Workshop where organizations and youth interact in order to learn methodologies in how to impact the world.
The youth delegates take their learning and insights from the day into a space where they are able to co-create ideas and solutions with their peers and experts in the room.
Each key note shall take no longer than 30 minutes. Focus on inspiring talker, these people are also an anchor to attract better organizations
Organizations can get insights on what youth think about their initiatives or create a new project with them 90 minutes each workshop.
The aim is to switch their ideas into actions that each stakeholder can take forward to contribute to the theme of the day.
