Greeting from GriFfiN Team! This newsletter aims to inform about LC’s financial update by February 2018. The financial statements are journalised by using Quickbooks Accountant 16.0 accrual based. Hopefully this newsletter could show the transparency of LC’s current financial condition. Any feedbacks are welcomed for the better transparency of our Local Committee AIESEC in Universitas Andalas.

INCOME & EXPENSE SUMMARY
Total gross income on this June is Rp7,648,084.74,- and total expense is Rp2,138,264.42,-. Thus the net income is amounted Rp5,509,820.32,-.

Product income in February are 2 EPs OGV paid EP Fee by, 4 EPs OGT paid EP interview fee, and ICX EP fee which split by 1 EP of YOUTH project.
FUNDRISING INCOME

We have received fundrising income from selling merchandise, We also had fundrising income from ICX EP merchandise package which held by Finance department.
OTHER INCOME Other income comes from contribution of MB 16/17
OPERATIONAL EXPENSE Expenses occur in February are subsidies for LCVP OGV and LCVP ICX to attend Operational Summit. Also subsidy for LCVP ERBD to attend ERBD Summit. Other operational expenses are assets depreciation, internet, bank charges, postage and mailing, facilities and equipment, and supplies expenses.
DIRECT EXCHANGE COSTS IGV The cost is the merchandise package cost of ICX EPs.
