The term of 2020 has already finished. Mahesa comes to continue the struggle of Metanoia for the better AIESEC in UNAND. Mahesa bring vision to connect the youth in Padang with Leadership skill as the key to unlock a better future and ensuring AIESEC in UNAND LC Sustainability. Mahesa will achieve this vision through ensuring member & customer satisfaction, running project initiative in order to support A2025, and ensuring financial sustainability to support all of LC activities and sustainability.

Term 2020 sudah berakhir. Mahesa hadir untuk meneruskan perjuangan Metanoia demi menciptakan AIESEC in UNAND yang lebih baik. Mahesa membawa visi untuk menghubungkan pemuda di Padang dengan skill kepemimpinan sebagai kunci to untuk membuka masa depan yang lebih baik dan memastikan keberlanjutan LC AIESEC in UNAND. Mahesa akan mewujudkan visi ini dengan memastikan kepuasan member & customer yang mana adalah pemuda , menjalankan proyek initiatif untuk mendukung A2025, dan memastikan keberlanjutan finansial untuk mendukung segala aktivitas dan keberlanjutan LC.


MMB Application 2021 MMB Application is an opportunity for AIESECer who has minimal 1 year experience in AIESEC to apply as Team Leader or Manager. In 2021, MMB Application has already opened for 5 rounds. In the first round, there were 9 official applicants with 7 of them got elected. In second round, there were 4 persons who elected from 6 official applicants. Then 5 persons got elected in the third round from 6 official applicants. In final round, there were 3 official applicants and just one of them got elected. At last call, 2 persons got elected.

MMB Application adalah sebuah kesempatan untuk AIESECer yang memiliki minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di AIESEC untuk melamar sebagai Team Leader atau Manager. Pada 2021, MMB Application telah dibuka dalam 5 gelombang. Di gelombang pertama, terdapat 9 official applicants dan 7 diantaranya terpilih, Di gelombang kedua, terdapat 4 orang yang terpilih dari 6 official applicants . Kemudian 5 orang terpilih di gelombang ketiga dari 6 official applicants. Pada gelombang terakhir, terdapat 3 official applicants dan hanya satu orang yang terpilih. Di last call, 2 orang terpilih.


TMP Application 2021

TMP Application is a form of recruitment process provided by AIESEC to AIESECer, especially new members (ORI 31). At this TMP, new members undergo two stages, which are the bookleting process and the interview process. The TMP Application 2021 has been opened twice, one has announced the results and the other is still in the selection stage. Those who registered in the first batch were 33 persons with 20 persons who passed the selection and became team members/staff. While in the second batch, there are 9 persons elected from 14 registrants.

TMP Application merupakan salah satu bentuk proses rekrutmen yang diberikan oleh AIESEC kepada AIESECer khususnya anggota baru (ORI 31). Pada TMP ini, para anggota baru menjalani dua tahapan, yaitu proses bookleting dan proses wawancara. TMP Application 2021 telah dibuka dua kali.Yang mendaftar di gelombang pertama berjumlah 33 orang dengan 20 orang yang lolos seleksi dan menjadi team member/staff. Sedangkan di gelombang kedua, terdapat 9 orang yang lolos dari 14 orang yang mendaftar.


Annual report is a routine agenda once a year to report performance result during one term. Annual report 2020 was conducted on February 14th 2021 virtually. In this agenda, The EB mention good case and bad case in their term and also talk about thing to stop, thing to continue, and think to start for the next term. Annual report adalah agenda rutin yang dilakukan satu kali dalam setahun untuk melaporkan hasil kinerja selama satu term. Annual report 2020 dilaksanakan pada 14 Februari 2021 secara virtual. Pada agenda ini, EB membahas mengenai kasus baik dan kasus buruk yang terjadi selama term mereka dan juga membicarakan hal-hal yang harus dihentikan, dilanjutkan, atau dihentikan untuk term berikutnya. http://bit.ly/annualreportUNAND2020


EB Transition with Key Champion

EB Transition with Key Champion is an agenda to introduce Executive Board to Alumnae and Key Champion. It was conducted on February 26th 2021 virtually. Not just introduction, this agenda also consist of discussion and sharing session.

Transisi EB dengan Key Champion adalah sebuah agenda untuk memperkenal Executive Board pada alumni dan key champion. Ini dilaksanakan pada 26 februari secara virtual. Tidak hanya perkenalan, agenda ini juga mencakup sesi diskusi dan sharing.
