WHAT IS AIESEC? AIESEC is an international organization that provide young people to develop their leadership
potential through impactful practical learning by doing cross cultural exchange and volunteer experience. AIESEC also not-for-profit and non-governmental organization and the largest youthrun organization in the world that already exist in 126 countries with 70.000+ members.
About AIESEC UNHAS AIESEC in Universitas Hasanuddin was founded in 2012, but it become as a Local Committee in
January 15th 2015. AIESEC UNHAS is the only AIESEC entity that represent East Indonesia
What is
#JOINAIESEC is an opportunity to become AIESEC member. We recruit young people
who want to develop their leadership skill through team experience in each functional in AIESEC. There are 6 functional in AIESEC UNHAS to be your opportunity to find and practice your leadership skill.
What are those 6 functionals?
INCOMING GLOBAL VOLUNTEER This is the functional that accepting youths from another country to do volunteering in Indonesia, especially Makassar and Sulawesi. By joining this functional, you will handle the EPs (Exchange Participants) from diverse countries. You will be challenged to be responsible to facilitate and communicate with them during their experience here in Indonesia
EXTERNAL RELATION & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT This is the functional that responsible to communicate with society and to raise partnerships. By joining this functional, you will learn on how to develop your professionalism, communication skill, and to extend your network.
OUTGOING GLOBAL VOLUNTEER This is the functional that responsible to facilitate EPs from Indonesia who wants to take an opportunity by doing volunteer in another country. This functional also responsible to maintain relation between AIESEC UNHAS and other AIESEC outside of Indonesia.
OUTGOING GLOBAL TALENT This is the functional that responsible to facilitate EPs from Indonesia who wants to take an opportunity by doing internship to gain professional experience through working in foreign companies in another country. This functional also responsible to maintain relation between AIESEC UNHAS and other AIESEC outside of Indonesia.
TALENT MANAGEMENT AIESEC is all about human. Without the human who passionately work behind it, AIESEC would be nothing. Talent Management responsible to ensure each of AIESEC members’ development.
FINANCE & LEGALITY
This is the functional that responsible for all the financial and legalities issues for AIESEC UNHAS.
Supporting Team: BRAND & MARKETING Not a functional, but this is the team that responsible maintaining our brand and the flow of information that circulate within and outside of AIESEC. Since AIESEC is a big organization, this team are responsible maintain the brand of AIESEC itself.
