Hopefully the next MYLC could make delegates, and the members of AIESEC can create a family atmosphere and get the feel of AIESEC. However, the things should not continue is the venue, because previously the venue was completely covered, but because there were some things that were constrained so it was very regrettable that the first plan had to be canceled and moved to Sutomo Hotel. Hi. I’m Ainun Ajeng Umi Kalsum. My jorney as a probation in AIESEC begun on March 2019. I knew AIESEC actually since 2016 but I did not know how to applied as AIESEcer, started from my friend’s Amy as AIESECer In Trisakti, Dita and Indira as AIESECer In Unhas they are told me indirectly with some of their activities in AIESEC, I’ve seen from their Instagram how amazingly to join AIESEC. So, the selection told us to posted some photo in Instagram and made a hastag #JOINAIESEC. The next day I made a CV for the selection and joined the Group Discussion in Unhas. I must waited the announcement for the next day. Alhamdulillah I passed the test, but that was not the last because I had to joined the next selection it was about interview, and the day after I got the email from Fandy Suryansyah that I was selected. After I selected some of the selection, I got the Probation Checklist that I had to fullfil, because that was one of the requirement to passed the selection, I must to got AIESEC knowledge for any members and they gave me their signatured. From that education I could get some closer to my new friends and AIESECer. My first role in AIESEC is Media Program Spesialist External Relations And Partnership Dvelopment ( ERPD ) I got a little confused what was the purpose of my role, but as by day I got my first meeting with my manager Fadhila Larasati and Gloryne as my partner, they were so nice to me. I was very glad to meet them in that opportunity. So, I learned step by step about my role. On April there was a Makassar Youth Leadership Conference ( MYLC ) 8.0. The purpose of that conference is to educate the probation from AIESEC and the members of AIESEC. They could get the AIESEC knowledge, self development, necessary skills and also to challenge their world views for the future and further jorney in AIESEC and for their life. I got so many new friends and new experiences, and the important thing is I understand about the “feel of AIESEC” because they are build a strong family atmosfer to each other, I am so lucky to be the part of this. I really hope I could fulfill the Probation Checklist, and doing excellent to my job desk. I wish when the day comes, final selection will be announced that I will continue my jorney in AIESEC.
