LCP Greetings HOY AIESEC How do you feel? Hope you had an incredible day again, and warming greeting from me as President of AIESEC in Universitas Hasanuddin. Many appreciate to you guys who still stand with AIESEC to achieve a bigger purpose to Indonesia and especially to our entity. Many struggle that we are facing right now, many failure and many achievement also but just don’t take it to yourself, just learn from the past take the positive and leave the bad one to make you as a strong person. I still remember Jack Ma said in his presentation, "under 25 Years old you need to have a many opportunity, its no problem if you fail on that opportunity, if you fail, just stand up again, fail again stand up again because it will be a valueable income for yourself later" and also absolutely, the more you fail, the more you learn, the more you close with your goals. And there are still many days untill the end of our term to prove that we as a youth can achieve a bigger purpose and we still have a burning spirit for achieving it. Muhammad Wahyu Santoso Local Committee President of AIESEC in Universitas Hasanuddin

AIESEC IN UNHAS | EVENT
JOIN AIESEC has been closed for this semester. There are total of 205 applicants registered and 104 of them coming to Forum Group Discussion. Andi Bau Anisa as Talent Acquisition Manager stated it has meet TM's expectation which is 50% of the applicants actually came to FGD. For the interview stage, 36 participants passed and only 29 of them made it into Probation stage. That's also achieved the TM's target which is 90% of the interviewees passed the stage into probations. What makes this batch different from the last semester is the number of probations. Anisa said that last semester's batch was grand opened so the outcome also in a large amount since all of the probations allocated into every functionals in AIESEC. As for this semester's batch, 29 of the probations allocated only into 3 functionals which are BRIM, IRBD, and IGV especially for the Project Teams.
"Everyday may be not a good day. When you think to stop, think back to the reason you started.“ –Andi Bau Anisa Apriani
Other than number of the probations, there are still not much difference since every batch has their own characteristics. Last semester's probations said Anisa, were proactive and close to each other. It may be caused by the long term stages of probation which was lasted for 4 months, obligation to fulfill all of the probation checklist, also 60 of them splitted into 9 groups consisted of 5-6 members and did many activities such as edu, bonding, and fulfilling the checklists together which is much different with this semester's batch due to the deadline to allocate the probations into the needing functionals and project teams. Talent Management hope that all of the probations will survive and do their best to make it into official members of AIESEC. Also may from this stage, the probations will learn much things, gain new skills, and be able to solve problems to develop themselves in AIESEC. Don't set a high expectations in AIESEC, but keep growing and enjoy every progress.

AIESEC IN UNHAS | STORY
Dzul
Hello guys, people call me Dzul and now I am Local Committee Vice President BRIM for AIESEC in Universitas Hasanuddin. I will tell you a brief story about my journey and what i got from it. My first role was Sales Team in IGIP in Incoming Global Talent. But not long after that, I was moved to Realization Team Staff in iGV Adhoc and I got so much experiences from it. Started from handling 15 Exchange Participants just by 2 people in team, how to communicate well with others, managing my time in most efficient way, force myself to always speak in english, get out from my comfort zone, and basically it was all about how to struggle. My third role was OCP Explore East Indonesia, which was the first time for me to lead a team and personally, it was the "career peak" of mine. I was really eager to be a good leader for my team and put my best efforts for it. I learned how to lead perfectly, handle all of my team members well, and the most important thing was how I improved my emotional intelligence. I believe, to be a good leader I shouldn't let my members impacted by negativity so they could bring better and positive outcomes for the team.
And now, my current role is LCVP BRIM. Here, I learned to be a good planner, how to make good contents, managing team, improve my emotional intelligence, and matured by the struggles. I really feel developed and surely developed with every roles I got, since it makes me more responsible for everything that I do. Not only for myself, I feel grateful that I had chance to bring impacts for the community. From every programs in AIESEC, I can help people to improve their english and it was already realized in my second role. And just like now, I am glad that I can let people to get in touch with the world outside by the contents me and my team made.
"Take every challenge, and be an inspiring leader." 5

AIESEC IN UNHAS | STORY
Ai
HOY AIESEC! I am Ai and this is my story. I joined AIESEC in 2016 and the first task I got that time was handling an entrepreneur seminar attended by 50 participants just by 4 people. Mostly in another organization, when handling a big event the committee will consists of 10 people or more. But in AIESEC, I learned that even with just 4 people everything still could be done perfectly although we really worked hard and put our best efforts to succeed the Shell Event back then. The same goes to the last event I handled, Greeneration 7.0. That time, not only took care and watched over my team members but also Exchange Participants from foreign countries such as Canada, Italy, Germany, even China to make sure that all of them got the experiences and development for themselves. Positive impacts that I can bring to another people in this frame for example is my organizing committee. I can put my members to come out from their comfort zone, working together on team, and to be considerate about people around them. For the community, I am glad that I can gave positive impacts by Greeneration 7.0. That time I went to schools there, educate them about how to take care our environment, and to keep our surroundings clean. Since there are much foreign EPs joined us, I told every people who wanted to take a picture with them to bring 3 garbages and it really helped to clean up the village. I believe, even small steps from us will bring big impacts for everyone. In AIESEC, i could feel much development on myself. I honestly was an easily panicked type of person. But since I gain much experiences by handling various events, I am now able to calm myself, control my emotions, think faster to solve every problems, and decide the best from it. Also, I learned much how to manage my time for study, family, AIESEC, even for "me time". Through AIESEC, I can build my connections and much more. I am truly, and will always developed here. "From the first, I always stick to this words : Go hard or go home."
