Intention Letter is a letter in which the applicants state their reason to apply as VP (either it is personal reason or for the sake of AIESEC reason. After that, they will be given time to do coaching & bookleting. They will have to do coaching to the LCP & related LCVP of AIESE UNHAS and other LC’s LCVP. After they have done coaching, they will make a booklet that contains their answers toward personal questions, AIESEC Knowledge, general questions, & functional’s questions. They will also have to fulfill some of documents, including: 1 other LC’s LCVP Coaching Letter, 2 LCEB Unhas Endorsement Letters, 1 parent Endorsement Letter, CV, his/her academic transcript, personality tests, AIESEC Leadership Journey, and application video. After their booklet are considered valid, they will enter the Confidence Vote (Convote) phase. Here, they will be asked by the audience (consists of full-member, non full-member, & alumni). They will be asked about personal, AIESEC knowledge, & strategical questions. After the QnA session is over, the voting starts. Every fullmember will fill the ballot based on their vote. The applicants who got 50%+1 vote will be considered confident. After Convote, they will enter the Screening phase. Here, they will be asked about their personality, strategy, and AIESEC knowledge. The screening panel consists of few of current LCEB & the LCP elect.

LCVP Confidence Vote first round had been held on November 3rd 2019 at XL Pettarani and second round on November 24th 2019 at Temang Warkop. There were 7 AIESECer who would like to make LC even better. Both convote (read: confidence vote) went well. The LCVP Confidence Vote for the first round chaired by Muh. Hajrani Basman and passed 2 out of 3 candidates, but this one candidate hadn't given up and stood up for the second round convote. The second convote chaired by Muh. Wahyu Santoso and passed 5 of 5 the candidates and they all will take the next step to the screening session. We'd love to see them giving their best efforts and having spirit of Ewako to lead the LC and even AIESEC to be known and accessible in Eastern regions of Indonesia especially in Makassar.

OPS stands for Outgoing Preparation Seminar. This seminar has a purpose to make the EPs to be well prepared mentally and physicaly for their exchange later. So this OPS (Outgoing Preparation Seminar) thing is like a debriefing seminar before doing the exchange program for this winter. In the seminar, it will be explained in detail about what is Aiesec, what are the tips when conducting an exchange, how to solve problems that usually often occur when exchanging the example like disagreement with aiesecer, sickness, theft and in this seminar we will set expectation together that the EPs should be serious in doing the exchange program and not even consider that this program is some kind of vacation or a place to rest. There are 7 EPs that participate on this winter exchange program and there are 3 location which is in Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
