Job Description The Conference Committee President will lead the whole Conference Committee. Responsibilities include (but are not limited): Team Management
Conference Management
• Participate in the selection of the CC. • Responsible of the CC Performance before and during the Conference. (Track performance of the CC). • Set at least one CC meeting by week before the conference. • Be innovative, responsible and creative to manage the CC in the virtual way. • Enable execution of team plan to deliver NSM 2017.
• Overall responsible of NSM 2017. • Regular communication and reporting to AIESEC Venezuela MC and Conference Manager. • Responsible of timely execution of NSM 2017. Ensuring the minimums of the conference. • Ensure the accomplishment of the budget of NSM 2017.
Application and Selection Process 1. CV containing your relevant working experience, within and outside of AIESEC. (Max 2 pages). 2. Application Questionnaire (Maximum of 11 pages). 3. Two endorsement letters from a person you have led and a person who have led you. 4. Results of 16 personalities Test. Each applicant must sent The Application Package to the Evaluation Board. (katlheen.rodriguez@aiesec.net) Selection Process: Each applicant have to present their application and a speech with a maximum duration of 10 minutes. After the speech, they will participate in a round of questions and assessment with the Evaluation Board.
The Selection Process will be between November 30th and December 4th 2016.

What are the MoSes that will consider it as a successful event?
4. How do you see the impact of NSM 2017 in AIESEC Venezuela? 5. How will you manage the communication between CC and MC? What are the challenges you see between it? 6. Prioritize 3 essential elements of the national event, how you will provide and solve conflicts relate with them. 7. Which do you consider the main risks in the organization of the conference? 8. Design a logistic line before and during the conference. 9. How would you make the conference more accessible for the members of AIESEC in Venezuela? Keeping its quality. 10. What would be your ideal way for effectively managing your team? Ensuring a rewarding and productive team experience? 11. BIG CONFERENCE IDEA. What would make NSM 2017 different and attractive? What would be your point of innovation as CCP?
