Create a sales strategy according to the congresses’ needs. Track by a CRM system. Measure advancements and impact and report to both leaders (F&L and PD). As an account manager (this role is included in Events Manager role), one of your missions is to retain and satisfy your customers. You must make cold calls, attend networking events, and schedule marketing calls. After identifying a particular client or potential client, account managers are in charge of all processes for our clients. Run all the campaigns and strategies to increase sales. They should be included in our portfolio and you should be aware of our sales national timeline. It is, basically, a PD Manager (New Sales and Account Manager) but only focused in national events, even you could take into account local events, but the priority will be our 4 events: NSM, ANC, NatCo, LDS.
