JOB DESCRIPTION ECB
Is the team responsible for ensuring the quality in every delivery of experiences we provide as ESEC in Venezuela. Educating about 16 SnS implementation, evaluation and improvement of these at local and national level. And attending quality cases when at least one of these standards is not provided during one experience.Â

Is the Team Leader responsible for the performance and results of the ECB. It has to provide the best team experience for other ECB members and being part of the International ECB's network of AIESEC worldwide.
JOB DESCRIPTION Main Responsabilities: Create strategic plan for 18.19 term and re-plan when necessary Team management of ECB Regular meetings with ECB members, MC, LCP's and ICB when is needed Attendance to ICB webinars and summits Final responsible for case solving Customer Experience Strategy Representation of ECB to National Plenary Reports to: ICB and MC member responsible for the ECB. Works with: MC, ECB members, LCPs (not limitated to NST and VPs) Time required for the job: Part-Time

What are the biggest difficulties for the right implemention of the S&S in AIESEC in Venezuela? and develops clear strategies to guarantee the follow-up from the ECB. Analyze the current response rates of NPS and S & S of OGX in AIESEC in Venezuela and explains clear strategies to increase it. How can you ensure that the quality cases do not get to ECB level, at least that local level have tried every option they have to create a solution? Please include main strategy according to case solving flow.
