ECB Specialists Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience. Liaise with operational areas to ensure delivery of high quality services. Monitor the customer service activities to ensure compliance with acceptable standards. Develop a tentative checklist with standards and quality protocols that you believe should be met for every exchange product.
