Most sectors have shrunk, and the amount of difficulties increases consistently. In this panorama of uncertainty is where the strongest leaders are born, through. We offer the opportunity to young students or recent graduates, to come to Venezuela, gain professional experience and contribute with their knowledge. The purpose is that they can help the growth of our startups, and at the same time, develop their leadership qualities.

By working in a challenging and cross-cultural environment, executing the activities related to their Job Description, the Interns develop their leadership, skills and knowledge, while contributing to the start up’s growth.

Why We want to empower Venezuelan Start Ups to grow exponentially and bring their product solutions to the market, in order to create a positive impact in Venezuelan society.

The Aim The aim is to empower local start ups in their ecosystem by connecting them with talented international youth, in order to hack their strategy and operations to boost growth through a challenging market.
