About National Support Team What is the NST?
What should I apply?
What are we looking for?
The members of the National Support Team are the ones that drive the operations of the MC team and support the delivery of strategies at national and local level.
Here is what you can gain out of an NST role: 1. Project Management Skills 2. People Management skills 3. Interaction with the international network of AIESEC 4. Wider Perspective of the organization At the end of the term, performance of NST members will be evaluated and High performance NST will be certified by AIESEC in Venezuela
MC Delta is looking for young people who wants to develop integral leaders that trough team synergy and a global mindset are taking actions to make AIESEC in Venezuela relevant for our network

How do I apply? 2. Check the JDs and the organizational chart and corners of the roles you want to apply.
Check the booklet to see the positions, you can apply for multiple positions 1.
5. The MC will shortlist candidates on the basics of the applications & might Schedule interviews with a few candidates if required
3. Fill out the general questionnaire + the questions for the roles that you are interested in.
4. Ask to your MCVP and LCVPs if you have any doubts
6. Stay calm and wait for the results
