About the project. Entrepreneuring for the Future Is a Youth Development Project that aims to empower the Venezuelan youth with an integrated learning experience around subjects of entrepreneurship, social business and management. Is to broaden the mindset of the participants in terms of their professional possibilities so they feel capable of taking the future in their own hands and build their dream.
- Setting up an agenda of courses about entrepreneurship, leadership and research about those themes. - Organizing activities for the participants of the project in order to provide them an entrepreneurial mindset - Develop courses, workshops and activities for the participants - Ongoing evaluation of the performance and development of the participants during the whole project. - Plan and execute improvements when necessary, according to the participants detected needs. - Inter may organize fundraising activities to boost the project. Your job is to give your best in the training and education of the participants to help them grow and find their role in society.
