For this Limited Edition of 600 bottles, we are thrilled to bring you the world’s first American Straight Bourbon whiskey finished in barrels that previously held Grande Champagne XO Cognac.
Sweet orange, angel food cake, lemon peel, graham crackers, and iced tea on the nose. Sweet and creamy on the palate, with notes of creamsicle, baked cinnamon apples, and lots of vanilla.
Excellent length and complexity on the finish, showing tiramisu, cinnamon bun, brown sugar, and apple pie. This bourbon is powerful, but smooth; the alluring finish of an earthy sweetness is like late autumn and winter in a glass.

Our Straight Bourbon whiskey aged for 10 years in Peated casks offers a unique and intriguing sensory experience, combining the classic bourbon characteristics with the distinctive smokiness of peat.
Rich caramel and vanilla notes are complemented by a subtle, earthy peat smoke that intertwines with hints of charred oak and toasted nuts.

Straight Bourbon in Port Cask Knight Edition | Aged 10 Years
Enjoy the newest take on our classic Straight Bourbon whiskey, aged for 10 years and finished in Port casks.
A complex and layered nose gives mixed berries, tobacco leaf, chocolate cake, brown sugar, baking spice, and orange marmalade. The palate is velvety, sweet, and fruity, with cocoa powder, chocolatecovered banana, vanilla fudge, blackberry jam, caramel, and Red Hots.
Lemon wafers, vanilla frosting, raspberry danish, sticky buns, and grape jelly emerge with water. The palate has more spice and cinnamon, creating a wellrounded bourbon with intricate flavor and enough proof to withstand water or ice. Nutty chocolate, red fruit, and tea leaves highlight the robust and complex finish, with strong flavors throughout.

Straight Bourbon in Rum Cask Pirate Edition | Aged 10 Years
To make this one-of-a-kind spirit, we took our flagship 10-year-old Wheated Bourbon and finished it in a Rum Martinique barrel to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
The sweetness of the corn plays well with soft and mellow wheat grain, complementing the more complex sweetness imparted on the Rum barrels. The aging process required meticulous monitoring to achieve the perfect balance of these flavors.
The result: an intriguingly smooth bourbon that is excellent neat or on the rocks. A fantastic addition that can be enjoyed by both aficionados and those new to the bourbon category.
Straight Bourbon in Sherry Cask Unicorn Edition| Aged 10 Years
This 10-year-old Straight Bourbon aged in Sherry casks is a testament to the artistry of whiskey making. The marriage of bourbon with Sherry cask aging creates a complex and multi-layered spirit that captivates the senses from start to finish.
Upon first approach, the aroma is a delightful fusion of sweet and savory notes. The influence of the Sherry cask is immediately apparent, with luscious dried fruit tones dancing alongside toasted oak. Layers of flavors unfold on the palate, with dark chocolate and figs mingling with the bourbon’s signature caramel and butterscotch sweetness.

Straight Bourbon in Tequila Cask Warrior Edition | Aged 10 Years
The World Whiskey Society’s Straight Bourbon whiskey finished in Añejo Tequila casks is a supremely limited release and a world-first production.
Highly collectible and exceptionally crafted, this 10-year-old American bourbon is finished in aged tequila casks to produce a lively and exhilarating whiskey with a profound and punchy heat.
Ripe fruit on the nose—almost overripe, but it blows off to bring fresher hints of vanilla, cardamom, chocolate, lime, and faint baking spice. The palate is somewhat dry at first, but then develops to bring Toblerone, taffy, circus peanuts, and butterscotch syrup. The finish is the best part—lengthy and smooth, with loads of chocolate and a sweet subtle finale of candied lime.

Restricted to only 2000 bottles worldwide, the World Whiskey Society’s 108-proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in Japanese Mizunara Shochu casks is an exceptionally rare release.
The Samurai Edition is complete with a unique Samurai helmet topper and finished in luxurious imported Mizunara Shochu casks to produce a smooth, sweet and sophisticated whiskey with a robust, hard-hitting heat.
This iteration of our Mizunara finished bourbon is another one-of-a-kind whiskey, and we remain the first and one of the only brands to produce such unique and highquality whiskeys. Despite the high proof, the nose is more elegant than brutish, befitting its namesake, with peaches and pears, sweet lemon tea, and a unifying ribbon of caramel.
Sour cherry and peach pie mix with classic vanilla pods, deep caramel, and soft cedar planks touched with apricot and dates.
The sip is warm, yet balanced, with burnt orange, apricot jam, and soft marzipan next to black-tea-soaked dates, old figs, and brandy-stewed prunes, all cut with Christmas spices and dipped in dark chocolate.
Straight Kentucky Bourbon Single Barrel Edition Aged 11 Years
Long before John Henry Holliday became known throughout these United States as “Doc” – and also “the slickest gunslinger in the west” – he was a darn good… dentist. Classically educated in Humanities and Mathematics, by 20, he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (hence the nickname) from one of the top schools in the nation.
Today we know him as the symbol of loyalty in the Wild West and the hero of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Despite all the perils of the Frontier, he remained an even-tempered, well-mannered Southern gentleman until his untimely end at 36 years of age.
We salute Doc Holliday as the epitome of a true friend and a loyal companion.
