Re: APBA Offshore Racing Dear Dick: I hope all is well with you. We certainly miss you here! Since the conversation you and I had on the airplane to Corpus Christi two seasons ago, we have really grown. Nevertheless, there is much more to do before we can claim real success, particularly on the marketing side of the business. In that regard, there has been much discussion recently about what our marketing strategy should be for the future. One common point in many of these discussions is that the APBA should really be a lifestyle entertainment product. Whenever we spoke, you stressed the same thing. You obviously understand the various dynamics of our sport and the marine industry at every level. So we want to find a way to involve you in the strategic development of our business in a manner that is fun, exciting, and beneficial for you. We have many ideas that we would like to share with you including utilizing you as a television and general spokesman for the lifestyle orientation of our sport. I would like to take you to dinner to discuss this in more detail. I left a message with Joanne regarding dinner this Monday. Please give me a call on my cell 727-439-8398 and let me know. Sincerely,

Michael D. Allweiss Chairman APBA Offshore
