My EDU Plan took into consideration of the economy, unemployment, and the need to provide Education and Tools for “People to Help Themselves”. Education is available from many sources, beginning with Carnegie Library’s to your local Library. The purpose of a Library is to provide FREE EDUCATION… The Boston Carnegie Library say’s (above it’s front door according to a photo I found on the Internet) Free Education… or something similar. We have about ten (10) generations of Carnegie’s in our Kraft Family Tree… So I have decided my AiLibrary simply is “Carnegie to the House” – via the Internet… In today’s America we have Jr. Colleges, State Colleges, and Major Universities such as Stanford, Harvard, Yale, MIT, etc. Plus, Business Colleges such as Heald Business College, Phoenix University, etc. Student loans are being sold via telemarketing Call Centers using Outbound Telemarketing, etc. And many students have difficulty in paying for their education in today’s world. The cost of Education has continued to increase on an annual basis. How can we help those that need a little help in the direction of Education? The INTERNET is the BOOKSHELF. The cost of information from the INTERNET is basically free. There is no reason anyone that is sitting on their couches playing Playstation and XBOX Video Games can’t LEARN! Succeed, Proceed, otherwise Retry Level… Why can’t we embed Education into these games? Why can’t we embed INDEX’es into the Video’s on the Internet using Time Codes referenced via MetaTags? NetFlix let’s you watch One Video at a time, if we were to HyperINDEX the History Channel or Public Broadcasting Video Libraries… we could use this Content as Education in small bites… One could learn to learn! You could learn to learn using the content on the Internet! We would all be better off, if this were done seamlessly using a ISO 9000 kind of thinking… Without a ISO style of eLearning Content, no seamless architecture will prevail… EDU Plan envisions the need to continually improve the Speed of the Internet. i.e. Wideband.
