Building the Brand Brand is a common underappreciated subject in which people closely associate only with logo. Logo does indeed reflect the brand but only partial of the whole other elements that together build the essence of the brand. Slogans, stationaries, clothings, products, documents and many other items might strongly affect the portrayal of the brand to public and finally their perception. It is their perception of our image and products which will then ensure their trust, reliance and confidence to get our services or use our products. This is our final goal.

Inappropriate color combination (hot color scheme), no unique features (no custom shapes) and basic typography (common fonts).

New concept

Green color scheme (reflects Eco & Healthy elements), unique swoosh on letter ‘e’ and soft edge typeface (font) to accentuate calming and relaxing elements

Slogan

An effective slogan is one that reflect the whole idea of your business, easily pronounced but using unique words and also as simple as in 2 words. ‘Rejuvenating’ is a bit mouthful but rhymes with wellness and reflect the goal of this business. It gives the perception that the company is capable to help customers putting back their body back into original healthy form. The word ‘life’ here simply compliment the word before to make it general to allow more flexibility for the slogan to represent various other business or products of the company.

One of challenges in medical product retail business is of the products themselves. They do not always simple and easily understood of their functions and importance let alone their highly cost. In order to create the demand, we need to provide awareness and understanding within community through campaign.

Big companies do awareness campaigns not only for charity purpose but also for the sake of consolidating their brand and allowing it to be close to the heart of community. eSejahtera is an awareness campaign that aims to educate people of certain basic medical issues relevant to physiotherapy business such as pain, surgery, etc. By giving people awareness and knowledge, they will reach the point where they feel the need to act on their conditions and therefore purchase services and products necessary.

Website

Business websites differs significantly according to their purposes. A business entity might require a corporate static website so that clients can access and get relevant info about the company. Some business might prefer a content-focused website which will attract traffics to their website therefore increasing their market span. As for most of businesses that do retails, an eCommerce website is usually a great tools to allow end customers to purchase at their freedom. For eWellness, the website should focus more on content-based website and eCommerce section. Current setting is almost appropriate but needed some tweaking so that customers do not lost when reaching the main page. Basic restructuring should reclassify the web contents into 4 main parts;

Catalog

Put everything of your services and products into 1 booklet. Include brief info of your company into few pages of the booklet. Highlights key products or services in a single page so that customers can clearly aware of it. A business that engage direct to end customers does not require a corporate profile but instead something that allows the customers to see closely of the products that they will purchase or services that they will hire. A catalog with photos of products from multiple angles will allow the customers to know what are they getting when they purchase the product. This will also saves time as customers can browse through and even see the inside of products and not having them unboxed everytime.

All contents under eSejahtera campaign should redirect to products purchases.
