Another Addenda to Criticism of the Current Science in the World Pejman Malekinejad TUV NORD Iran Co. Email: pejman_pt@yahoo.com Abstract— This article is written to state the scientific problems of Iran. Also it was written to say that I am nothing. Also my own utopia was described in this paper. It was said that the only way for the scientific and economic advancement of Iran in all fields is to regard Iran as a state of USA. Keywords— Human Capital Flight, Utopia, Politics. The Supreme news agency of Voice of America (VOA Persian) has issued an article [1] that is in the same line with this paper. In fact, that article from VOA Persian confirms this paper. Also His Majesty Crown Prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi has a saying from Atamalek Joveini about Iran Islamic Regime as “They came and dug and burned and killed and took away and went” [2] which approves this paper. I want to correct my previous note in the article titled “Last Addenda to Criticism of the Current Science in the World” as the reason why my parents (and my family) behave me like a crazy man is DEPRESSIVE REALISM. According to the principles of DEPRESSIVE REALISM, those who have intelligence will become crazy. I have officially said in my 5 articles titled “Criticism of the Current Science in the World” and “its 4 Addenda” that I am nothing and also I am nothing in the science and I do not have any intelligence [3, 4, 5, 6 and 7]. This truth is also said in this article. Therefore, according to the principles of DEPRESSIVE REALISM, I must always be happy. Some people are trying to make me crazy (for example they do not give me a job, my friends do not speak with me and etc.) which shows that they do not understand anything from craziness and they are mockery. Making people crazy has its own principles. These articles of mine were published in international journals and are available with their Farsi translation in my website [8]. I have a criticism on the phenomenon of human capital flight or brain drain from Iran. Each year between 150,000 to 180,000 Iranian brains escapes from Iran to other countries [9]. In the case of Iran, this phenomenon is spread and strengthen by the government of Iran to make the minds www.aipublications.com
of people busy with universities and science and for them not to think of politics . In this way the political rulers of Iran will have no competitors. Now the big question is how those brains showed that they are brains? Which scientific problem of Iran they solved to be known as brains? Scientifically, those brains who escape from Iran have no value. They have either written ISI papers, became top student in universities (or university entrance exam of Iran known as Konkoor) or became top ranked in scientific Olympiads. None of these rankings and honors is valuable as I have said in my previous 5 papers [3, 4, 5, 6 and 7] since they have not solved any of Iran scientific problems because Iran is a retarded and underdeveloped country in general whose economy is highly dependent on the money obtained from oil export. None of those minds have solved any of Iran scientific problems. For example, I have mentioned some of Iran scientific problems in my previous 5 papers [3, 4, 5, 6 and 7] which Iranian cannot solve them. In the oil and gas industry for example, Iran is actively seeking the technology of foreign countries to handle and improve the oil industry. For example, during the history of oil industry in Iran, Iranians made contractions with the international oil companies from USA, UK and …like BP, TOTAL, ENI, HYUNDAI, … to apply and transfer those technologies to Iran. If those brains who escaped from Iran were scientifically valuable, then Iranian governors would employ them to work on its oil industry since foreign companies come to Iran to work on the oil industry of Iran (in the absence of international sanctions against Iran oil industry). This is because those foreign companies have the technology who can handle the Iran oil industry. The international sanctions against Iran oil industry had many limitations for the development and maintenance of Iran oil industry since foreign companies do not enter Iran oil industry and in this situation it is not wise for the Iran governors to let Iran brains scape from Iran. Therefore, we see that Iranians who escape as minds from Iran have no scientific value. It is notable that before Iran Islamic revolution, Iran has its highest production of oil of Page | 24
