What have been the biggest changes in the industry since you started working in it? Technology advances, from invoicing procedures to manufacturers’ apps and energy efficiency of equipment.

If someone wanted to find you on a worksite, they should look for the person who is: Making another trip back to the ute because he forgot something.

Favourite tool: Clamp/multi-meter. What’s the happiest a client has been with your work? Probably an elderly customer who was so happy to have her old ducted unit up and running, she gave me a scratchy ticket and lunch but firmly advised I was to share any winnings with her.

Dream car: Chevrolet Silverado.
